Vylmira's Wrath
Voph was silent for a long while after Emalia posed her question. "I know well of what your father speaks." Voph reached up to pat his left shoulder, indicating the blade that rested upon it. "Kiwa. The seventeenth I have made. Each a work of art, as much as a weapon. One that I pray to the gods i may return never to use again. But one I know is destined to be my burned for eternity."
Voph lapsed into silence for a moment longer. "We travel for an ancient ritual site. Used by the Tuskens for their practices of mysticism. I have a question that must be answered. And I suspect I may find it there. But to make matters worse, I have no answer for you." Voph smiled at the girl sidelong, in a manner that suggested he knew she would eventually ask the nature of this question. "A question that I know must be answered. And yet even I do not know this question. Not yet. Not in its entirety."
