Personality: Hando is a hapless screw-up, always messing up stuff and destroying things, most of the time by accident. He is shown to be air-headed, clumsy, annoying and according to Jolis, “A light-weight low energy loser”.
Weapon of Choice: Hando is a lover, not a fighter, so he lacks a weapon of choice. However, Jolis makes him hold onto a blaster pistol at all times.
Wealth: Hando is extremely poor, having lived with Jim Mangue, Jolis’ father, for years until his arrest, at which point Hando went into hiding, living in a cardboard box on Tatooine until he was found and recruited by Jolis.
Combat Function: Hando is a lover, not a fighter, so he rarely fights if at all. His combat function is usually shouting words of encouragement to his comrades or running away from enemies.
Skills: The ability to mess up almost everything he does.
Notable Possessions: Nothing relevant.
Other Notes: Although his last name is Binks, Hando is in no way related to Jar Jar Binks.
Intent: Acts as a comic relief character and a companion/partner to Jolis Mangue.
