It looks this is missing the "defense" rating between the armament and squadron count sections. I would normally suggest a defense rating of 10 for an average ship this size. But with your weakness section suggesting that it's somewhat fragile, I'd probably make this around a 8.

Maneuverability Rating: 14/20 Speed Rating: 10/20

I'd recommend something a bit faster and more maneuverable for a ship this size. Probably something like a "3" or "4". A rating of "10" would be appropriate for a frigate and a rating of 14 would be appropriate for a cruiser.

Hyperdrive Class: 2 with a back up of 10

It's a bit unusual to see ships as small as this carry a back-up hyperdrive. Any particular reason why it has one?

An armament rating of 10 is pretty average for a starfighter. I'd recommend lowering the Armament Rating somewhat, or removing this as weakness.
