ADVANCED SYSTEMS
STRENGTHS
  • Iceberg ahead: Unlike an illustrous ship on the far away planet called earth, this ship doesn't flinch when ramming. Purposely designed to use an outdated, but effective principle of ramming into larger ships and wreaking havoc either by ramming and reversing just to repeat the process or by ramming and using the drillspike to open a path for deployment of a boarding party.
  • Troops or cargo: It might not have any hangar bays, but this rather small ship still has enough interior space to hold up to twenty extra people inside or an equal amount of cargo, making this not just a ship good for ramming, but also an incredibly effective bloackade runner.
  • Extreme Defense: This ship is entirely designed to be able to ram ships and survive the punishement it has to endure from such crude tactics, as such not only does it possess an extensive array of shield types, but it also has dual layered shielding and a secondary shield generator all on top of a structure that can take a serious beating on its own thanks to a double plated hull and reinforcement struts placed on the strategic crumplezones to avoid the ship from warping it's skeleton with each ram or collision. This immensely powerful defense also allows it to take on a serious beating from lasers and turbolasers alike, which coupled with it's high speed and maneuvrability make it an excellent blockade runner or smuggler's ship.
  • Auto-pilot: Should there ever be a problem, the ZEUS mk II is here to help. The ship is outfitted with a semi-seperated ZEUS droid core, which can take over the reigns of the ship to act as an autopilot if all it's crew is not on board or whenever the lifesupport systems are activated, it acts in a similar manor as an astromech droid on more antiquated types of starfighters.
  • Fast Hyperdrive: Thanks to having not just one, but two hyperdrive engines installed, this ship is capable of running from danger with more ease than many a starfighter, allowing for high risk, high reward maneuvres at any day and in any situation.
WEAKNESSES
  • No armament: Though it prides itself on actually being the weapon, this ship does have a flaw in the form that though extremely useful against larger ships, it has nothing to deal with smaller starfighters or interceptors except for relying on it's extreme defenses.
  • Doesn't fit conventional hangar bays: Though it's general size shouldn't be an issue, no regular ship has a hangarbay high enough to land this ship, thus forcing it to dock from the outside, which makes it a bit tougher to get out of a sticky situation in case of an emergency, it also doesn't help that in this case, the ship can't be conceiled from the enemy by ferrying it with a larger vessel.
  • Ion weakness: Though it has some secondary defenses against EMP with it's cap drain, any ion weaponry can still prove to be devastating once the primary shield is down, able to cause serious system malfunctions and shortcircuiting of the droid core with in serious cases a collapse of the droid core, which may be lifethreatening for the crew.
DESCRIPTION
The engineers of Nargath Holdings designed this ship with the ancient Hammerhead corvette or smyrgna class corvette as it was officially designated, in mind. Having known of the potential uses of a ship that rather than using weaponry uses blunt force to break through enemy lines or ships. Reengineering and improving upon the old corvette's design was thus a priority. They used a similar shapefor the bow, with a high rise front, the shape of an anchor, though shortening the actual hull of the ship, though outfitting it with not one, but two LFD engines and two hyperdrives to both maximize it's MGLT which sits at a comfortable 120 MGLT and a hyperdrive speed which outruns most of the company's own starfighters at a rating of 0.8.

Using impervium reinforced durasteel for the construction of the torsionbeams and crossbeams of the interior structure of the ship was deemed necessary to have a maximum of tensile strength without delving too deep into the proverbial pocket when it came to costs of building the ship. To improve the ship's ramming capacity, duranium reinforcement struts were built in on strategic locations especially near the center of the ship's spine to absorb the pressure and impact force upon contact when ramming, to avoid the ship's interior from crumbling and warping, allowing for much needed sturdiness and structural reliability. To update the defensive capacity even more, two shield generators are located right underneath the bridge to allow for this ship to theoretically batter undisturbed upon an enemy vessel without being slowed down by enemy fire or projectiles.

A ship capable of deploying boarding parties or deliver goods to through the most dangerous of situations make this ship a very reliable ship for companies or private citizens, but also for the likes of bandits and smugglers... in the end, to each their own.

Removed it as it was indeed meant to bypass a ship's shield, but as seen in canon... shields don't stop other ships anyway unless they have an actual deflector shield...which I guess I should add into the description now, no?
