Strengths:
- Duraplast protects against blaster fire, and can take a glancing blow from a lightsaber.
- Laminanium is a healing metal. If a portion is damage, the armor will heal itself in a short time.
- Ostrine Knuckle plating allows for punching to cause freeze damage. The first strike won't insta-freeze, It will be severly cold causing frostbite on exposed skin. Only after repetive attacks in the same place will cause freezing.
- Laminanium-iron alloy plaiting can withstand blaster fire, and a single glancing blow from a lightsaber. Armor also heals but at a slower rate than expected.
- Sheel spider silk cloak to provide comfort, as well as some blaster fire resistance.
- Laminanium - Durasteel Fiber weave can protect against cutting from blades.
- Heat resistant cloth prevents burns from blaster fire, or glancing blows of a lightsaber.
- While the fiber weave can withstand a blaster fire, and a glancing blow from a lightsaber, it cannot protect against the actual kenetic blast or hit of the weapons. This also translates to other kenetic weapons such as swords. It will stop the cutting of skin, but bruising will occur.
- Slugthrowers tear right through the fiber weave.
- Piercing weapons such as a pike, tip of a sword, raiper, etc, will slide through fiber weave. Impaling the wearer, but at a lesser degree than without the armor.
- As the Laminanium alloy is mixed, it slows in it's self reparing capabilities. Where as the fiber can heal a blaster bolt in a minute, for the armor it will take double the time.
- Lighter armor means its harder to protect against strong blow or strikes.
- Can hardly withstand a grenade blast.
- Shrapnel grenades will still punch through.
- Heat resistants cloth is not heat proof, nor can it heal back like the fiber or armor can.
A set of light armor created for the use of small engagements or assassinations. The entire body is covered in a duraplast and laminanium fiber weave to have a durable and self reparing armor weave. This allows for almost constant wear without having to repair or replace parts on the armor. The fiber weave fits snuggly around the body, allowing superior movment. As an assassin, this is likely to get the highest amount of movement while still having a relativly high amount of armor.
The plate armor, made out of a Laminanium alloy, is placed on the outside of the thighs, around the calves, on the top of the toes of the boots, on the upper arms and shoulder, and the forearms. While this armor is not very protective, or very heavy, it provides minimal protection. While the weave will restore a blaster bolt in about a minute, the armor will take double the time.
On the knuckles, back of the hand, and the flats of the fingers are ostrine plating to allow when punching a fleshy target to feel a sudden cold. While the first punch can cause frost bite to human skin, it will take more hits to actually freeze the intended target. While this may not seem all so powerful, it is very helpful in taking down foes by slamming in their throat, or near their chest to cause major damage to organs.
Since most of the armor is comprised of a fiber weave, kenetic blows can still cause bruising, It can protect against blaster fire, but the physical blast will still cause bruising or even broken bones. Any kenetic projectiles such as slugs, shrapnel or any of the like will still cut through the armor. While it damppens the power, it still goes through. Such is the same with the tip of a sword, or needles. However, more power and pressure needs to be applied to et the desired effect. A needle isn't going to go through the armor simply because of a little push. There needs to be a substancal force such as pushing hard, or a thrust of a blade to pierce through.
On the other hand, the armor can protect against cutting. So if a slash or a glancing blow from a sword can protect against the sharp edge, but not against the kenetic impact.
Grenade blasts can also damage the wearer. While it may buff it just slightly, it does nothing to actually protect the wearer from breaking bones, bruises, and such. About the only thing it will do is keep the limbs connected to the body, and to prevent the actual heat from the explosion from burning the wearer.
