"With its humble beginnings in the workshop of a poor Coruscanti dwelling in the underworld, Hadriotech has quickly elevated itself to a status worth the respect and admiration of craftsmen and scientists alike. Specializing in advanced machine intelligence and high-quality droid construction, Hadriotech is far from a provider of the working man's household protocol droid. With the lure of pay far beyond that of the average lab, Hadriotech brings the sharpest minds in the fields of quantum computing, robotics engineering and artificial intelligence together under a single banner, all working to bring Coruscant and the greater Galaxy automatons the likes and complexity of which have never been seen."
Hadriotech has poached many labs of their scientists in an effort to solidify rapid growth. They specialize in service bots such as Type I Academic Droids and Type IV Astromechs. Both equipped with Quantum Intelligence. Using Quantum Computers, Hadriotech Droids are able to process the hardest problems orders of magnitude quicker than the average computer and run detailed scenarios in parallel, dramatically shortening the time needed to solve a problem. Whether that's how to effectively repair a hole in a stabilizer and reroute electronics to have it working in seconds or crunch hundreds of millions of numbers to spit out the answer to an equation.
With all this computing power, Hadriotech would sooner close up shop than sell a box of hardware. Their walking supercomputers are expertly crafted with anatomies most appealing to the customer and complex arrays of flexible parts that are able to softly maneuver or display true emotion.
RATIONALE
After his Father's untimely passing at the hands of underworld cultists, Orex Mauda took it upon himself to expand Hadrian's robotics workshop in an effort to fuel the purpose he'd given himself, to bring the greatest benefit to the Galaxy. A lofty ambition with a lifetime needed to achieve it, this was his first step.
The initial years were slow and funded by Orex's personal efforts. But as his wealth grew, so too did his network. Poaching intelligent minds from the appropriate fields he set them to work to produce some of the most advanced droids the underworld, and Coruscant at large were to see. Now producing a small range of Protocol Droids, Academic Droids and Astromechs, what is now known as Hadriotech (after his father) is headquartered in a small factory on Orex's home level, 1671. Aggressively attacking the service droid market with high-end automatons, and using the funds for mysterious ends.
