DESCRIPTION
The Turadium is strongest metal you can get, well without getting into realms of phrik. The metal is woven into Kilik slik, to make a strong fabric. This can be turned to bespoke clothes, or into any civilian clothes. This is useful for agents, ambassadors and anyone else who like armour, but also like to mix's in. This material, can take a couple slugs, or a blaster shots. Though any sustain attack, or point blank attacks, you will be in trouble.

The materiel will give limited protection from blasters and slug throwers, though direct hits will still end up, hurting a lot of killing. Also any weapons that have high kinetic energy (slugthrowers, strong blasters, etc.) will heavily damage the user even if they don't penetrate the weave, as it had no padding to prevent concussive damage. Though the armour will reduce the damage taken. Due to fact it has to look like clothing, it had to be thin, thus bladed weapons could easily penetrate it. It has no lightsaber resistance ether. Nor could it protect you from electrical attacks, no matter the source, as the durasteel acts like conduit for it.

The item can come in any shape imaginable, dresses suits, all depends what the wear wants.

  • I can't find any references to this in the Trimantium article on Wookieepedia. It's just stated to have an 'unusually high tensile strength'.
  • Please remove this sentence.

Most slug throwers, can not penetrate Trimantium, thus it would not kill them. Though the kinetic energy, will carry on so they would still fall. Broken bones possibly and bruising. The metal also disrupts the balster sht, but smae again not the kinetic energy side of it, which still cause harm.
  • These things don't go together at all. Quality 2 is extremely low, barely more than clothing. Yet at the same time, you're saying it can stop slugs and blasters without much issue, which would be more in the Q:7 range and above. Your options are these:
Keep the Q:2 and the low weight, but significantly reduce its defensive capabilities. Slugs will penetrate, weak blasters won't pierce it (immediately). Anything more than a shot or two will end up killing the wearer – this is meant to be fabric, and it should behave that way.
  • Bump up the Quality to 7, but increase the weight. Small arms and blasters won't penetrate, but stronger stuff will still turn the wearer into mush.

No matter which option you choose to go with, I'll require you to also expand on the Weaknesses a bit, as it's currently not clear how the armor is 'not that strong'.

@mention me with edits or questions.

Turadium is incredibly dense – it's what makes it difficult to cut.
If you want it in this fabric, it's going to make it a very heavy one:
  1. Keep the Turadium, keep the Quality at 4, but remove the "lightweight" strength.
  2. Remove the Turadium and replace it with a different material that will provide some protection. Durasteel would work perfectly fine for a Quality 4 woven fabric.

  • Please do this.

Please add that any weapons that have high kinetic energy (slugthrowers, strong blasters, etc.) will heavily damage the user even if they don't penetrate the weave.
