Description:
The H-IBA or "Titan Skin", is a fairly simplistic suit of heavy armor designed to fulfil a business contract with Grudge The Grutt and act as Blood Hunter's Iron Works first open market body armor.

The wearer is fitted inside a body glove made of Iridonian Damascus and Ceramic weave, similar to Flex Armor. This body glove is not only resistant to both blaster and slug weapons but is also impervious to all but the most extreme levels of radiation. Durasteel plates cover a majority of the armor's flat plains, from shin guards and boots to the multiple strike plates that form the torso, these plates also form the casing for the helmet.

The helmet has been equipped with The Hunter's Vision upgrade kit which includes a multitude of useful electronic components, from vision filters to EMP scrubbers to keep the suite working at peek effectiveness. There are weapons mounts on both gauntlets, compatible with most modern wrist weapons such as the MM9 Wrist Rocket. The left gauntlet features a retractable stiletto blade that measures eight inches long, perfect for those who prefer quick and quiet removal of sentries. The right gauntlet has a cable launcher and the accompanying winch is already installed at the waist.

This looks pretty good for the most part.

Quality: 8

Generally speaking, we like to see development with armors rated at "8" or higher, especially with "mass production". You can either make a 10 post development thread to keep this rating, or you can lower the armor rating.

Unless this would count. It about me supplying Grudge with money and armor for his mutants.
Development threads generally should be focused on the submission being developed, so if the focus was more on the armor and didn't include much talk about the mutuants, it would be good. I think that the quality and the length of the posts in the thread were right on.

This looks good to me then. [member="Reshmar"]?
