PRODUCTION INFORMATION
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
  • Classification: Light armour
  • Weight: Light
  • Resistances:
    • Energy: High
    • Kinetic: High
    • Lightsabers: High
    • Environmental hazards: High
    • EMP/Ion:Very Low

SPECIAL FEATURES
  • The changing molecule, tied to Gweneth's DNA, modifies the attire so when she skinshifts, her clothes transform with her, reforming again once she returns to a near-humanoid form such as her favoured devaronian form.
STRENGTHS
  • Changing Molecule: Allows Gweneth to use the full range of her skin shifting abilities without any embarrassing clothing malfunctions when she returns to her usual form. This is tied to her DNA so happens as if it were part of her, without additional thought or effort.
WEAKNESSES
  • DNA imprinted: Tied to Gweneth's DNA so loses any shape changing ability when not in contact with her or if used by other wearers.
DESCRIPTION

Little more than clothing, the attire made as a gift by Gweneth's friends provides only marginally armoured protection, allowing her to resist glancing blows and secondary impacts.

The main reason she was given this is that although most moorchildren in the forests don't really care about that kind of thing, her contacts within the ZINO environmental group felt it would be useful to have clothes that would respond to her regular shape changes. The clothing, made mostly of native Chaldean creatures, looks normal when she is in a near-humanoid form. When she shifts however, the material responds and once it detects a form far from its intended shape, it simply becomes part of her skin until she returns to her original form.

The changing molecules themselves are a bit more technologically advanced than Gweneth likes, but she has accepted the need in this case and the physical materials are otherwise entirely natural.
