Description: The Gungan Doodad transport is the current personal transport produced on Naboo. Much like the Bongo used for exploring the seas of Naboo, the Doodad is manufactured around an organically grown outer hull. The ship has the unique characteristic of being able to operate in the vacuum of space, in the atmosphere and underwater - though not to the depths of a Bongo.

The Gungans have been limited spacefaring for hundreds of years now. However, they required assistance from the other denizens of Naboo to complete the craft. A number of components are purchased and integrated and this includes the hyperdrive, navcomputer, and twin turbolasers. The shields utilise proprietary Gungan technology and are strong for the size of craft, yet the hull is light and relatively fragile when compared with durasteel.

As per most ships, space inside is fairly cramped. However, there are separate quarters for two crew members and a few more could potentially sleep in the common room. Instead of a sonic shower, there is a large hydrostatic sphere that can be filled with water to allow a Gungan to fully immerse itself.

The controls and interfaces are all based on Gungan glyphs and nigh on impossible to use by someone not familiar with the written language.

Intent: To make a characterful ship for Jaani to use.
