Honestly, most of us are graphic manipulators, rather than outright artists, so drawing and painting isn't necessarily a thing we'll do for people (particularly given the time and effort involved). Also, honestly, if someone asked me to do a picture for them with nothing else to go on, I'd count it as a paid commission, not a favour I do from a random person I'm not gonna bump into again, since it's hours of work at the very minimum.

If you want to gather images you like and ask for manipulation, that can be done. This...you're right, it's very likely a 'no'. It's why I bypassed the request the first time around!
