Strengths:
Powerful antibacterial: Gor Stalk juice is a very powerful anti-bacterial, able to kill most bacterias and many micro-organisms instantly, with very few surviving. The juice is most effective when harvested from a fully mature Gor Stalk. The juice must be applied directly to the surface needing disinfecting- taking Gor Stalk juice orally will result in all the positive flora in the ingestors' gut quickly dying, without any effect on anything outside of their digestive track.
Bitter taste: Good for the plant, not much good for anything wanting to eat it, Gor Stalk is extremely bitter to the point of making many species vomit.


Weaknesses:
Slow growing: Gor Stalk takes around six months to fully mature, a long time for a plant of it's size.
Needs water: Gor Stalks need large amounts of water and must be watered at least twice a day, more for maximum juice production, to grow properly.
It's a plant: It can't defend itself, despite it's bitter taste, it can't walk, talk, or preform complex Makashi manuvers. It's a plant.

General behavior: Gor Stalk grows from seeds deposited on the jungle floor, which eventually grow root systems like any other plant. As it matures, Gor Stalk produces several large stalks with small seed pods at the end. When the plant is fully mature and ready to seed, the stalks will grow too heavy to be supported by the plant, and snap off; depositing the seed pods between six inches and two feet away, depending on how long the stalk was. The circle of life continues.

History: Gor Stalk, known as Arri to the Bedui, was used as a medicinal by the Bedui for thousands of years before it was discovered by the Humans that coloized the planet. Since then, the humans have farmed the plant for it's Anti-bacterial juice. Arri seed pods were taken by the Bedui when they left the planet, and the stalks are still grown on their nomadic ships.

Is this to say that if watered more, the plant would produce multiple juice productions? The sentence reads really awkwardly making it a bit hard to understand. Just clarify that bit and you're good there.
