+It is the Force: A creation that the Sith Emperor makes, it is not a Lord level as some would expect. It uses mostly the power to give it a loooong distance to where it can go, but keep a small connection.
+Loyal- It serves it's creator no matter its form.
-Has no emotions: It can not tell the difference between right or wrong.
-Can not wear armor- lacking a physical armor it can appear to wear armor, but actually doesn't so he is not too hard to defeat.

BIOGRAPHY:
He is the creation of the Emperor Darth Vaildra. While Vaildra has to stay with his Empire to grow it, he needed someone he could trust to seek out followers. He researched creations of Force Wraiths so he could summon one at a time to send it to do his work. he summoned one for the first time to seek out his personal apprentice
Before Vaildra's serves:
This Galaxy is a mysterious one, but there is more to it than meets the eye. How and where Force Wraiths come from is something that has always been a mystery. The answer lies in 25,793 BBY when the first war was began that put Force users together. As each side killed, light and dark it's happening rippled through the Force. Before users the Force lived in balance, but they disturbed it. Once death began to be a cause of the Force in people it created shades. These shades were creations by the Force. With each kill their numbers grew and for ten years the shades grew to thousands.
After the war the Force began to seek balance and in doing so it stopped the ripples and shades were no longer being created. Some shades were shades of light and others of darkness. In the world outside of the Galaxy where the Force is all that exists the shades began to have their own fight. They absorbed each other as they won and darkness prevailed. These shades grew more and more powerful as they absorbed each other and Wraiths were born.
One Wraith, Glacies was created in this time, began to seek more. It saw some Wraiths being summoned and used and desired this. It began killing wraiths to grow even stronger until Vaildra summoned him to fullfill his destiny.
