SPECIAL FEATURES:
Shoto Saber: This blade, designed to pair with his primary blade, acts as a duelist secondary
Purple Blade: This blade paired with the crystal of Giran's Master glows with a purple hue

STRENGTHS:
It's a Lightsaber - Can cut through most things with ease.
Songsteel Hilt - A choice material, allowing Giran to use the hilt to block blows from other sabers.
Part of a Larger Whole - This saber, designed by Giran himself, is built to act as the bottom half of a connected Double-Saber with his other saber, a small port at the bottom hooking up with the bottom of his first saber.
My Master's Heart - The crystal, originally owned by Giran's master, glows a purple hue. As a result, it allows it's user to strengthen his connection to the force, both light and dark.

WEAKNESSES:
Cortosis - Still gets shorted out by Cortosis, unfortunately.
Water - The blade, while quite adaptable, still shorts out underwater.
Lack of Reach - This blade, designed to be a shoto to pair with his primary blade, lacks of reach of a traditional saber. As such, it's not as effective on his own against a lightsaber.

DESCRIPTION:
A smaller blade built for dueling, this lightsaber was built in 2 BBY as a response to being hunted by the Inquisitors. Giran found and bonded with his master's old crystal after years of anguish over his loss and teaching methods, allowing him to finally come to terms with what happened.
