Geonosis Governorship

While I'm governor of Geonosis I plan on making it a plutocracy with a slightly fascist and/or authoritarian ruling system (although I can't do anything big yet without the Executive Council's approval). Me and my company will make most of the small decisions and we will be designing the rigid class structure that my regime will employ. I would enjoy any recommendations on what I should do for the planet

A regime wouldn't work, considering the Geonosians will only listen to their queen. You'd be better cooperating with the actual native populace, as the Count always has.

The queens are part of the hierarchy and are part of the highest tier.
It goes:
-Me and the executive council as well as the queens
-Neimoidians, Geonosians, and humans
-misc minority species not considered lesser species
-workers
-Lesser species
-slaves

Those who don't obey me or the council or the queens get deemed a traitor to the state (well planet really) and executed
