Good Hand/eye: have very good hand an eye coordination given to them through augmentation.
No identity marks: Their fingerprints were burned off to leave no trace, their dental records were erased and their teeth were removed then put back in to get rid of possible identification. About the only thing they can go on is their face shape.
Bread-soldiers: created to have a soldier that can be on all fronts of the battlefield. Very good weapons training though they may not remember it from a memory swipe.
Faster healing: With the augment of Alchemy they have faster healing than their counter part species.
Bones: Bird like bones to allow faster flight and less weight when flying.
High resistance: The angels have a high resistance to poison and low oxygen count. Because of Sith augmentation they are also resistant to radiation.

Bones: their bones have been replaced with bird-like ones to give an advantage in flying faster and more agile. However they are more likely to break them.
Memory: they have no memory of their former life.
Faster healing: They have a faster healing process but because of this if their bones are not set when broken they can heal in the wrong way and will have to be broken again to fix.
Fear of capture: all of them will have a fear of capture and being on a leash. Even in enclosed spaces or underground can set them on end. Some were known to even go insane.
Distinctions: There are very few distinctions as most of them look normal to their race other than they have wings and their eyes were changed to un-natural colors such as purple, Neon green, pure black, and a yellow. Their wings are of different colors. Some have black while others have white or grey. The determination of the different shades from white to black vary randomly. Their wings also grow with their own growth rate. The wings can be pulled into their back but the will continue to stick out for the most part.

Culture: There is not much of a culture as many of them were secluded from one another and may be on different planets all together. Varies according to race and their memory.

General behavior: Most of the Angels will be secluded and to themselves. Trusting no one and on the run. However, if they do find a friend they will be attached to them much like a life vow for the Wookies, but not as prominent.
History:
During the time of the Gulag plague, Sith scientists wanted to find a cure for the diseases and to find one meant they needed test subjects. Over the span of the last few years before the plague ended they would find matches of people, Near humans, to be tested on and to find a cure, however since the plague died down they kept the subjects, and continued to work on the said project.
Project Genesis, the over name for the group of people who augmented the specimens, continued to capture people to see if they could create a race where no illness would harm them. Because of all this augmentation the soon realized that they could create the perfect soldiers for the empire or to be sold on the black market. During these tests however a few went insane and killed some of the scientists. TO get rid of the problem they killed the subject that would go insane.
Eventually they found nine of them that were considered “Perfect” and each of them were given roles with each other to have an empathy link, allowing them to contact one another through the force. Each one of them were given a number implanted in their mind. When the time would be right they would activate the system to return all of their memories and give them their roles as an elite team of super soldiers. Only some of them were caught in the act of doing this. The first three of them were killed and the rescued the forth. It is said according to blu-prints that when they are apart they can be powerful, but the father they are apart, the harder it is to contact one another. When they are together is when they are most powerful.
