[Hacks]

Nova Chrome, or simply 'Chromers' is a small boostergang of all-women mod-junkies in the Twilight Belt on Denon. Previously they operated on Nar Shaddaa in the Refugee Sector, but with the constant feuding of crime lords the gang was eventually wiped out. The current leader of the Chromers is Hacks, a Darkwire Shadowrunner who was brought into the fold on Nar Shaddaa fifteen years ago.

In the fallout of ethical disagreements within Darkwire, Hacks began to seek out potential allies. Falling back onto her old life living among boostergirls, she sought out other like-minded women. Those who didn't just share an ideology, but also a passion for modifications pushed to the extreme.

Some of the boostergirls in Nova Chrome have pushed these limits of cybernetic hardware to such extremes that they are a parody of humanity, while others adopt more natural looks with synthskin enhancements. Incredibly few in number and holding no territory of their own, they operate within the Twilight Belt around an elite word-of-mouth club known as Iridium Green.

Hacks may be the only boostergirl in Nova Chrome operating as a shadowrunner within the Darkwire network, but the boostergirls of Nova Chroma aren't green either. A history of violence and underworld connections, operating as mercs for fixers and infobrokers. Now utilizing corporate connections through Hacks' influence within the Darkwire network, they take jobs for both gangs and corpos alike.

Phase, or known on netspace as 'PH453' is a slicer operating out of the club Iridium Green. A Denonite born and raised, Phase spent her youth slicing through government networks to monitor local intelligence, and later when CAD arrived, breaching corporate firewalls to sell stolen weapons research & development intel on corporations.

Although far from being the most influential slicer or fixer at Iridium Green, she still has a rep for getting jobs done quietly and efficiently. This comes to contention with Hacks' loud approach to jobs. She'll sell intel to Nova Chrome and offer the occasional work that doesn't require surgical precision, but she holds back on the more elite contracts. Ally and friend of the boostergirls, but wary of the attention they may bring.

Argos of the East had been aware of Hacks for some time through the Darkwire network, but the two never chanced a meeting until Argos came under the employment of Gorba the Hutt. Hacks' discreet contracts with the Hutt Cartels led to a brief meeting with Argos.

Sympathising with Hacks' need for intel in an increasingly volatile Denon, Argos uses his influence as a powerful linchpin in the Hutt Cartels spy networks to offer advice and contracts to Nova Chrome to further his own position.
