Description: The "Freetaa Dos" are crude starsfighters based off the concept of the Uglies best known as products of independent shipyards in the Corellian system. They were predominantly used by rebel Clans and other groups of the Kal'shebbal system that lacked the resources to purchase or build conventional starfighters to fight off the corporations that invaded their home of world. Once the planet was freed Gallofree quickly united all these independent scrap builders under their corporation and began to mass produce these ships in bulk from the wreckage of ship that remained after the fighting has ceased.

Starting at the cost of most speeder bikes these ships are stripped to the bone. Life support has been stripped from all models and the pilots must wear fully pressurized space suits similar to those worn by TIE pilots. The ships as they are made out of "recycled parts" are also prone to major breakdowns and so need constant attention and maintenance.

Due their weak nature, all ships of this line are equipped with crude SLAM system that in a pinch and can be used to out run an enemy. Still, even with this advantage all who fly them are either answering the "brave call" of their people or they have a death wish hence the name.

Intent: Make a crap, cheap to manufacture fighter line for Gallofree Yards Inc
Who Can Use This: Any who buy one

This is a pretty neat example of worldcrafting; I dig it.

I'd probably just say "outrun" here and remove the "outmaneuver" part just to clarify that it isn't increasing the ship's maneuverability rating. SLAM style systems generally don't improve maneuverability. Sometimes they actually make it worse, like the ion afterburner on the New Republic V-wing.
