• Intent: To offer writers a framework for law-abiding bounty hunting, investigative storytelling, and clemency-based drama within Galactic Alliance space. This bounty encourages writers to participate in ethically-aligned law enforcement scenarios such as evidence collection, summons delivery, surveillance, and citizen’s arrests.
• Compensation: UWC credit rewards are scaled in-universe based on difficulty and category (500–10,000 UWC standard, up to 100,000 for exceptional risks). Codex/Factory rewards may be offered in rare cases but are not guaranteed.
• Cause(s): Standing jurisdictional authority granted to the GALBR program under Galactic Alliance law. May be cited in any thread involving criminal behavior within GA space or impacting persons under GA protection.
• Target Involvement: N/A. This is a standing bounty framework for any applicable PC or NPC characters operating within Galactic Alliance jurisdictions.

• Name of Bounty: Galactic Alliance Lawful Bounty Registry (GALBR)
• Name of Contractor: Galactic Alliance Senate Guard / Judicial Enforcement Division
• Exclusivity:
  • Authorized to pursue Summons Service, Arrest or Exceptional Risk Bounties: Galactic Alliance/New Jedi Order, Mandalorian Empire.
  • Information and evidence collection bounties are open to all.
• Reward Tier: Tier 1 (Very Low) to Tier 4 (High) standard, with exceptional cases eligible for Tier 5 (Very High) rewards.
• Condition: Alive required, without use of excessive force (if performing an arrest). Bounties focus on information gathering, apprehension, and summons service. Kill orders are prohibited unless issued under separate judicial warrant.

  This bounty covers the following lawful target categories:
  
  • Information Bounties – Witness reports, thread links with testimony of confirmed sightings of criminal activity. (500–1,500 UWC)
  
  • Evidence Collection – Threads where the hunter's character records, logs, or collects proof of criminal actions. Must include IC participation and documentation. (2,000–5,000 UWC)
  
  • Summons Delivery or Service – Threads where an individual is delivered a ticket, fine, or court summons per judicial order. Requires IC proof of delivery. (2,000–6,000 UWC)
  
  • Citizen's Arrests or Non-lethal Apprehensions – Apprehension of cooperative or resisting criminals via legal means. (5,000–10,000 UWC)
  
  • Exceptional Risk Bounties – Reserved for major informant testimony, deep cover infiltration, or conspiracy exposure. (Up to 100,000 UWC)

• CLEMENCY INCENTIVES:
  • Self-reported crimes submitted through GALBR are eligible for sealed records or lightened sentencing. (i.e. no other informant may collect on the evidence self-reported.)
  • Informants who provide evidence leading to an arrest may negotiate reduced charges or immunity.
  • Cooperation and documentation are required. Legal arrangements must be handled IC.
  
  Note: submit evidence or thread pertaining to bounty in reply to this posting for payout. All bounty submissions must include IC participation and realistic in-thread evidence collection. Hunters must be physically present and describe how proof was obtained (e.g., recording device, visual confirmation, intercepted dialogue, etc.). Claims based on OOC knowledge will not be honored, off-screen implication will be subjected to review for payout
