A Mon calamari group performed acrobatics before the entire room, a stunning performance, she had never seen anything like it, this was her first time on Coruscant since the Bounty Incident, suffice it to say there were many on this planet that wanted her number. Tonight however she managed to purchase quite an expensive ticket to this exclusive showing, on the way in before the performance Chani was starstruck to see so many celebrities and well known individuals like politicians and diplomats and even some questionable characters, but Credits spoke louder than anything here in the Core Worlds and she was glad all that money wasted was dropped on something she actually wanted. Sitting in one of the higher tier Balconies the Kiffar enjoyed a salty-sweet beverage swirling with pink and violet, speckled drops of red-orange spice.

Connor couldn't help worry about Chani, his fellow Silver Jedi. He didn't see himself as sentimental, or open for attachment, but he had crossed paths with her more than once during his time at the Order.

Without knowing where she was going, he simply had a bad feeling about her travelling alone. He had taken it upon himself to follow her. And he hated himself for doing so, but there was something burning in him he couldn't extinguish in regards to her safety.

Proving him wrong would be the best outcome, he would welcome it, but until then he would try and be a shadow and make sure she wasn't getting into anything dangerous, either at her own hand or someone else's.

Managing to latch onto Chani with his E-Wing, Connor landed outside of the Opera House and it was even busier than normal due to the show being in full swing.

Outside, he had to then decide whether he waited outside and followed. And if he followed he would need deception at the lack of having a ticket. Opera really wasn't his thing.

Ferus, despite his Sith background, did enjoy the arts of song. Here on Coruscant they had some of the best in the Zabraks opinion. He came for the show, to enjoy the soft sounds instead of killing. Instead of death. Credits were never an issue, not after one of his jobs. He dressed in rather simple attire, forgoing any sort of external weapon or armor, but that did not mean he was weaponless. Between the saber hidden in his leg and one in his palm he was ready should a fight break out.

Getting through the security check proved quite easy for the Darth. With a wave of his hand he knocked down what could be a very expensive vase, and the two guards didn't even notice the Zabrak slip by. He had paid for the ticket, yes, but he wasn't about to be scanned by any metal detector or what have you. It was when he entered, however, that he felt a presence. It was faint, small, but interesting. Reaching out he felt a similarity. Cyborg. He moved upwards, towards the balcony the girl was sitting on and took a seat beside her, staring out to the show.

"It is nice to see that Cyborgs still have a place in upper society. Here I thought they were looked down upon." His voice was soft, calm. For now he was no threat to Chani, and it really shouldn't change any time soon. Now was just a conversation between two Force using cyborgs.

The scene unfolded into a beautiful display of song after the acrobatics finished, the Galaxy really could pull something fantastic off, she was so pent up in the Order's happenings that she would go cuckoo if not for this brief reprieve. A gentle voice appeared beside the Kiffar, she could feel his darkside presence but sheepishly admitted it also felt soothing.

"I am here on the generosity of others," she smirked at [member="Darth Ferus"] an obvious Zabrak, knowing the less than Jedi behavior must have seemed amusing, "I haven't exactly brushed shoulders with whatever upper society means, on Nar Shadda those kinds of people were the strongest, the ones that survived, these financial creatures are unaware that what they float on is made of sinkable concepts, they truly are held up by the people out there." A finger jut out one of the tall thin, shaded windows and fell like an anvil, signifying the people below.

But this was heavy conversation so she diverted, "That term...Cyborg always sounded odd to me, we are still connected to the force, it's just that we have replaceable parts," she giggled a little thinking of all those possibilities. Again she felt a presence, unaware [member="Connor Harrison"] looked after her.

At first he had opened his mouth to explain upper society. To him it was those who put themselves on top while pushing others down, but refused to accept the fact they had. Well, at least here on Coruscant. Cowards who chose to turn a blind eye to the bodies they left behind. A twinge of anger passed through him as he felt so ready to tear down the building itself. But.. The art. He watched the dance and song, and the anger would subside, changing to amusement.

"That we are. Though, we are limited in some things that others could do. Electricity is an issue more for use then others. EMP's could quite literally turn us off. But we have stronger limbs, eyes, even brains. I'd say it's a fair trade, wouldn't you?" The icy blue gaze of his would turn to [member="CHANI"] , unblinking as he studied the girl. He could feel the parts that weren't like her flesh, but he couldn't see it. Another with well hidden mechanics.

A funny look came across Chani's face as she resisted the urge to turn her face in surprise at [member="Darth Ferus"], "Your parts have not been shielded from Emp? This would make sense if your entire body was not cybernetic," but couldn't help it and turned to him as her grin faded,

"The corporates explained it to me this way, instead of blood i have a facsimile of non conductive ink combined with little spheres of copper, shielded by a polymer metal composite, a type of organic combination of metals. When the electrical field hits my body, the electrical charge dissipates a fraction of a second on my metal composite exterior, but that is all the time that's needed, because the ink-blood combined with the copper sphere create a magnetic attraction and leaves my part's basically fully charged, there are risks though as it can make my organic parts go into a type of psychosis. It has happened before..."

She felt embarrassed admitting that most of her body was cybernetic and forced her artificially blushed face back onto the performance.

The icy blue gaze glanced over her form once more before looking back out to the show. Odd, he didn't expect her to be embarrassed about being mostly machine. [member="CHANI"] was becoming that much more interesting as the conversation went on, and Ferus seemed to be enjoying himself. He flexed his robotic hand for a moment or two before shrugging.

"One heart, one leg, and one arm. That's all I have. At least, for now." His gaze traveled down to his palm for a moment before looking back up, grinning at a particular flip one of the acrobatics did. If only they were Force Sensitive, he would bring them to the Sith. But at the moment there was a cyborg beside him, newer to the Force, easily impressionable by the way this was going. His gaze drifted to her once more, slowly scanning over her figure.

"What is it you want most in life?"

It has been so long since she had wanted anything for herself, seeing this as a selfish indulgence, most of her time was spent merely surviving, "I was discovered at first by a member of the Neutral Force Academy, where i learned the fundamentals of the force and basic saber techniques," looking over to his dashing blue eyes, "I promise there is a point." she was attracted to this Zabrak despite her better, or rather taught judgements. As the acrobatics and singing routine ended the second act appeared, a very large female of some exotic species, she began to sing and Chani almost melted in her seat, the song was almost intoxicating.

"I was then discovered by the Silver Jedi of which I am now a Member of, but i feel there are things about the saber techniques and the force they are holding back because their own philosophies forbid it, I have been excluded from certain aspects of their Order but also given much responsibility for other parts." half listening to the pleasing Opera singers voice, half focused on [member="Darth Ferus"] .

"Now that you know where I am from, I'll share with you where I am going, where I would like to be...I am going nowhere and becoming nothing, my past has haunted me to a troubling amount but my present, going through all of this-" Chani's hands fell upon her body and traced the curves of her artificial form, "-Has changed my priorities, I have too much passion to be subdued by a single ideal."

Then her mood changed and she lightened up and smiled and said, "I have killed Sith before, darksiders, even neutrals for the company." out of force of habit she looked around the Opera house, "I only tell you all of this because I am not doe eyed and helpless leading a singular life of a Jedi, I have history and am entrenched in something that may even surpass the dark motivations of even the most twisted..." Her maniacal smile revealed her most common mood.

"Well. It is very true you are not a normal Jedi." Silver Jedi? That was a new one to the Darth. He turned his gaze back out to the song, listening calmly to [member="CHANI"] . She explained herself rather well, but did she understand the danger it posed by doing so? Oddly enough she only gave him the information he needed if he was going to bring her to the Dark.

"The Jedi have always feared emotion. There was a time in which the Jedi allowed love. Allowed feelings, but despite the success of that version of the Order so long ago, the Jedi now have reverted back to their fear. Tell me, would you like to learn things that the Silver Jedi would never teach you?" There was a hint of hostility in his voice as he spoke about the fear of emotion. He had never been a fan of it, and when he went before the Jedi so long ago they spat at him, called him Sith when at the time he wasn't. They were hypocrites, fearful of anything dark in the Zabrak's mind. And they would one day be destroyed.

Roy set out to enjoy a night of music. The last time he had enjoyed fine art was probably 400 years ago. Literally 400 years ago. Even being 700 years old, Roy looked like a man in his 20s. He was wearing a nice suit and had his lightsaber clipped to his belt. It was easy to get in, the security guards in the back entrance didn't provide much defense, they only provided a decent meal for the anzati man. He had sensed two very strong presences in the force, a dark one and a seemingly light one. Going to the source of these presences, he saw a zabrak and a kiffar. He recognized the zabrak as one of his own. An iridonian. Silently watching the show, he masked his presence in the force as best he could

She could feel he was hurt emotionally in some way, the physical and verbal cues where like her own, "I need to," was her answer, "I tell you the truth, someone I do not know because this is an act of desperation, you are the first darksider i have met that I have not immediately slain." she could no longer focus on the singing as she stood up in the balcony, the conversation turned to more personal aspects, she just wanted to look into his blue eyes which clashed handsomely with his red skin and forget all of this drama, but that would mean her death.

"But I need more than just learning abilities, I need your help." She explained, "I have been the victim of a Corporate scheme, an experiment, the ones that made me this body, I owe them a large debt and their goals for the Galaxy were once tied with that of the Empire, tethers stretching all the way back to the Emperor himself, when he was killed, time passed but a secret sect still exists determined to uncover the secrets of eternal life, the goal his master succeeded at and which he snuffed out. This body I have is failing, I need something new, hidden way in the depths of their secrecy..." She almost cried, but her fist was grasping a railing for support, crushing it ever so slowly, "I need the truth, I need a darksider, I need camouflage to get me through, to get me life!" Staring into [member="Darth Ferus"] 's blue eyes expectantly.

The blue gaze blinked slowly as Ferus processed the information [member="CHANI"] spoke of. So she was dying, and needed a new body? Well, never mind that. She, too, was created from the experiments of the Empire. His eyes darted away from hers however as he felt it. Another presence. [member="The Destroyer"] . He stood then, reaching out and chose to ruffle the girls head, offering her a smile.

"Then you are similar to me. What I teach you however comes with a price. You will serve me, which most likely means against your friends. You have the choice, only because of the fact youwere created like me, to leave now instead of forsaking your friends. But in doing so there will be a day I will hunt you myself, as with the other hypocritical Jedi." His voice was calm, but there was a slight edge to it. All his words were the truth, she would either join him or die. But he wouldn't kill her this day.

Rod slowly walked into the lobby and up to the ticket booth. "Ticket", the guard said in a low voice. Rod smiled under his protective mask and then he slowly gripped his trench coat. He moved it over slightly, revealing the handle of a DL-44 heavy blaster pistol. "Hello, I believe this is my ticket, correct?" he said trying to stop himself from laughing. "Uh...I can't allow you into the opera house, please leave the-", but the guard was interrupted by Rod placing his blaster on the counter. "Listen, I got plenty of ammunition but I don't feel like wasting it on someone as pathetic as you. I just want to hear some good music, that is all I want. So, does this count as a ticket or do I need to leave?" he asked, still keeping his finger on the trigger as he spoke. "I-I-I-...I don't...w-wait h-h-here, I will-", but Rod once again interrupted him, this time not as friendly. "You going to let me in or not, because I am rather tired of this farking nonscene", he said. "Go right inside, enjoy your day", the guard said, trying to sound joyful but Rod knew he was scared. Rod nodded, concealed his blaster and opened the doors and walked in. He heard the music and took a seat in the back and kept his hand on his blaster the whole time.

Switch

Don't make me bite you...
Switch giggled to herself as she made her way passed the ticket booth. The elderly man that had stood behind her in line was about to have an unpleasant surprise, but at least she got to hear some classy music! Her stifled giggles broke into full on laughter as she heard the man trying to explain that he had just had it.

He probably couldn't even hear or see well enough to appreciate it, anyway. As she found her way to her seat, Switch directed her attention to the show. She had always gotten a hard time for her occasional dabbling in the... more refined side of the galaxy, but whatever. She closed her eyes quickly, the lights were dimming to uncomfortable levels, and she didn't have her flashlight. At least I can listen.

Rod listened to the music before he just got bored. He hated opera music but he had nothing to do so he committed a crime just to hear some music he hated. Was it worth it? Yep, the Coruscant police force would not try to find an outlaw bounty hunter in an opera house. But then he realized his mistake, he had threatened the guard and he was most likely going to call the police. He jumped out of his seat, knocking down a man who had just entered. The man fell to the floor with a loud thump and Rod ran over him. Suddenly the man got up and started yelling like a maniac. Rod stopped and pulled out his DL-44 and pointed it at the man. "Shut your farking mouth, you-", but he stopped when the man continued to scream. A guard ran inside and Rod panicked and what he was about to do made perfect sense to him at the moment. He pointed his blaster at the guard and fired. The guard crumpled to the floor and Rod took off and burst through the door. The man who he had threatened ran over to the guard and anybody that would check would see that the guard was still alive. He ran through the lobby, firing blaster bolts into the ceiling like a lunatic. When one of the guards thought that it would be a good idea to try to block the door, he too fell to the ground when a blaster bolt flew through his chest. Half of the people in line were screaming and the others were just too panicked to speak. He kicked the door open and ran outside into the rainy night. He ran across the opera house's deck, trying to get to the ship deck. He heard police speeder sirens behind him and he did not stop to see how far away they actually were. He made it into the dock and looked around relentlessly for a speeder. But was there any available speeders?

Switch

Don't make me bite you...
Blaster fire broke Switch out of her reverie. She looked over towards a nearby exit, seeing a Kel Dor running over the body of a guard. Evidently he had shot him cold, right in front of everybody.

Deciding that her experience had been ruined, she got up, leaping over the barrier towards the exit. It was not hard to follow where the man had gone. The cowering populace were still clearing a path, and there was another dead guard by a door. She carelessly stepped on the corpse as she gave chase, exiting the opera house.

This nerfherder ruined the show! Why did he have to go firing a gun around inside?! She skidded to a stop as she made it outside. The glow of various lights and advertisements were a help, but still... it was pretty dark out...

She slid down the wall behind her, pulling her knees up to her chest. This isn't fun anymore! This was a bad idea! She could hear sirens, the police were coming, and she was stuck soaking in the rain within ten feet from a recently made corpse.

The screams coming from inside the Opera House were enough to alert Connor and take up the grand staircase leading to the Hall itself. Chani...

Chani what are you doing here...

He ran around the outer edge of the Hall, pushing through the panicking crowds coming towards him trying to escape the confusion inside.

Connor ran into the lower tier of the Hall.

"Chani!?" Connor shouted above the shouts of panic.

Reaching out with the Force, he found not Chani, but another wave of evil, a killer in the area, and he was leaving.

Connor turned back to the Hall and ran as fast as he could back towards the staircase and down to the outside of the grand building into the cool rain of the Coruscant night as sirens could he heard in the distance.

He watched as Switch came after him and he quickly slid behind a parked speeder. He held his blaster tightly in his hand and was ready to kill again. He had killed before and was not ready for another galactic court trial, he had about one hundred witnesses and could easily be charged with two counts of murder. He decided if anyone approached him they were going down. A quick blaster bolt tot he head would drop almost anybody and after all he was a skilled marksman. Now all he could do was wait and hope that that no one found him. The Coruscant police force were closing in and he knew he was rather far away from the crime. If he was far away he could simply say he had just parked and took cover behind a speeder after he heard blaster shots. Then he could say that he had a blaster out because he was ready to shoot the shooter. He had decent cover and the darkness helped him considerably. He was not going to move unless he absolutely had too.

Roy saw the shooter and, instead of chasing him, went to the docking area. He was easily there first, standing in the shadows. He stepped out of the shadows, igniting his golden bladed saber and holding it in front of him. "now, you pay for ruining my night. Scum bag."

He slowly stood up and stepped back, keeping his blaster slightly raised. "Listen, no one else needs to die, I mean...the police will be here any minute you will be charged with murder...now p-please back off", he said nervously. He stepped back until he was at the edge of the dock. The sirens were getting closer and closer and it would be a huge risk if this man tried to murder him and he knew this. The only problem was that this man looked serious, if he came at him he would fire. He then swallowed and increased his grip on the blaster, steadying his aim. "Listen, I don't want to hurt you I just want to leave and if you want credits I can give you credits. I can probably farking even get you front row seats!" he said, still in his worried tone.
