Adieu...
I’ll start this week by saying a warm welcome to some new faces and some older ones too. It’s great when new people find the boards and the Republic in particular but it’s also fantastic when people return to the fold.
And if you’re new and haven’t said hi, please pop along here and let everyone know who you are. We’re a friendly bunch and it’s a great way to spark off an idea for a thread together.
Talking of threads, we have our formal first encounter with the One Sith since the Event. It’s a skirmish and is set on Yinchorr. If you want to follow it, just click here.
Next up I’m delighted to say that the working group looking at our Dominions have put in a sterling effort behind the scenes and have identified three key planets. And their approach should really spark the muse. The first Dominion will be for Padawans only and will be led by [member="Dair Cotarin"]. So look out for a post on these boards to agree objectives etc. over the next couple of days.
Once it’s up and running, [member="Gir Quee"] will look to start an NFU only Dominion. The same approach, so again, keep your eyes peeled.
And on that general subject, if you have any threads you want us to publicise either here or on the front page, just let me, Sera or Kian know.
My last piece of news is of a promotion. Henceforth, Padawan [member="Sanya Val Lerium"] shall be known as Knight Val Lerium. Congratulations Sanya, you deserve it.
Finally, I’m not on an LOA but I’ll be slow posting until Tuesday, so my time will be initially devoted to responding to PMs and FA duties, so please be patient with me. So, until next time, you stay classy Galactic Republic.
