PERSONALITY: Gaen Rhade was known for his cockiness, dry wit, rudeness, piloting skills, and his fast draw. He also had an affinity for gambling and a unquenchable thirst for life's fleeting pleasures. Times he could be seen as amiable and charming, other times he was amoral and pragmatic with a rich dark sense of humor. The Rhades were infamously known for their stubbornness, which Gaen exemplifies powerfully, which many would compare him to his father Kell. He also has his father's strong sense of honor, not turning away from a fight or duty that he believes is his to bare.
APPEARANCE: Gaen is described as tall at six feet, two inches, with thick, wavy red hair and slanted, cat-like dark blue eyes. While his height and broad shoulders cut a large figure, Gaen is built like a swimmer, athletically muscled and strong. His hair is not the gingery sort of red, but rather a multitude of individual colors mixed together: auburn, amber, roan, cinnabar, rufous, copper, cinnamon, red and gold are all used to describe the strands of its unique hue, and it is often compared to a Alderaanie red deer's pelt. He gets his height and hair color from his mother's Caren Tavis blood, as well as the high cheekbones and long, straight nose, but the slanted predatorial feline eyes, strong jaw and wide mouth are traits from his father, Kell Rhade.
