First of all, thanks to everybody who participated and apologies for taking so long to get back to you! I've looked at all the subs with another GA staff member and we've finally made a decision.

Congrats to Aloy Vizsla for winning the contract with the BHSR-1 Service Rifle! Its very high damage output with acceptable recoil and good range, in addition to meeting all design requirements, has made it an ideal weapon for the GADF!

Notes
It was a tough decision to make because many of the rifles had a lot in common! A lot of particle weapons and a clear preference for high damage output with lower ammo capacity and primarily lower fire rates. For that reason, there's also going to be another weapons contest for a weapon with higher fire rates!

For the weapons that weren't awarded a contract, you may still offer them for use if you'd like! The War Manifest offers you the ability to make a post for your company as a reply to the manifest, and you can add your rifle design there. It's not required, of course, but it allows people to still use your weapon for their soldiers/squads/units as well.

The rifle made by Aloy Vizsla will be added to the OP and marked as standard issue.
