The Lords of the Fringe.
Many perceive this faction, created as a beautiful love child of the Vagrant Fleet, to be the greatest faction that hit the site - bar none. It was of the darker folk, and light, Non Force Users as well as the most powerful, children or adults. The faction was known for its original ways of handling dominions, Invasions, and the base faction threads found during its time.
Purely out of sad dumb luck, one great faction fell. Through even further attempts to said love child of creativity, it wasn't simply forgotten, but rather joined to the then great, Primeval. However, again of sad luck, the Prime fell from grace. Since then, a few of us whom were there near the beginning have wandered from faction to faction, looking for a place to call home.
Enter stage left, The Fringe Champions. A faction built upon the idea that remnants of the once great powerhouse went into hiding, simply awaiting a voice to call upon them once more.
Now Fos Misao, a Master of the Force, and one that worked with these people, has made the call. Slowly they have garnered their loyalists back, under the guise of a new Council that seeks to rebuild what was once lost. They have crafted a Council based upon those with power.
Physically powerful beings, or even those simply garnering respect and followers from the populace, have the opportunity to be upon the Council of Twelve. Acolytes, NFUs, whomever the person may be, has every right to lead if they can prove they have the moxy.
This Council too is made up of neither light, nor dark, but an all encompassing intuition. Neutrality is sought, as to lean to one side means onslaught, but to equate both leads to balance.
As of this moment, the gathering place is Val'hala, a planet once under the control of the LotF, near their old capital of Annaj. They are seeking to keep the peace, but to grow in power, to help protect those without such an ideal.
While based upon some of the same ideals, this new faction will be wholly different. Even the name as of this moment isn't completely solidified: it has been said that a name change will likely gather more flame, hence the possibilities of the Periphery Concord or Council.
It has been seen already as a potential faction worth joining, by some such as [member="Spencer Varanin"] who said she just might join. To help bring a better peace, while not forcing a style on any set character.
Will you be the next to join? Come, help us, offer an opinion on a potential name, etcetera.
