Friend cannot use board properly.

• Short Description: A Friend cannot use the board correctly, he can sign in but not post or see threads.
• Browser: Explorer
• Severity: Its his entire account.
• Description: A friend recently tried to join the board and registered, though he seems to be unable to view any threads and cannot post at all. I suggested a few fixes like a different browser myself but nothing worked. He gets the error message Http 500 internal Error as well.
