Description

The Dimondback Revolver is one of the Freelancers special creation. While originally made to only do one thing before he expanded on the type of ammo it could use. It was specifically designed as an explosive type of handgun. Taking the form of a revolver that could only only five shots at the time. The gun was designed to fire a speical kind of ammo, but Eventually, more modifications were added. Allowing it to be compatible with many kinds of slugs such as regular bullets, which a mag could hold up to ten of. While the more messier slugs could only be held in a five clip mag. The Dimonback is a high powered revolver and really packs a punch that can sometimes be comparable to being shot with a shotgun from mid range. The velocity of the bullet is also high, about half as fast as the bullet of a sniper rifle it can travel at high speeds and pierce through durasteel with relative ease. However, the bullet becomes slower after is passes one hundred yards, making it harder to hit those long range targets. The way the gun is built is slender and easy to wield, to reload a clip, simply press a button and push the barrel to the side. Allowing it to open up and slip it another mag with little hassle.
