The gas can come in grenades, artillary shots, or as solid ammunition for guns that explode like Incendiary ammunition. FRC-1 is an effective, non-lethal weapon that can be used in policing or in war, however the gas is diluted, expensive, and like most gasses, masks, closed windows, gusts of wind, etc. etc. can render it useless.
