Intent: To provide Suvian Sciences one of many land bases.
Classification: This is a combination of a mining facility, industrial plant and Farm.
Location: Tatooine, but far from Mos Eisley. Technically it's out deep in the Dune Sea, but close enough to Mos Eisley that visitors can come and go.

Description:
This building was made by Suvian Sciences recently so that they'd have a base on Tatooine. This building is made out of Durasteel and Transpirateel as well as other metals that Suvian could gain access. The building contains a farm, which is the source of much of the produce that is sold from it to the people of Tatooine and the farm is rather large. There is also the industrial section which churns out EE Battle Droids, and other devices made by Suvian.
Furthermore there is the armory which holds the custom made weapons of every employee. There is also the hangar, that holds the ship. This appears to be made out of a white marble like material on the outside, but on the inside is made entirely out of metal and is clean and sterile. The Suvian logo is prominently displayed. There is also a cafeteria, a hangar, a species resources area, a lounge for entertainment purposes and many other things. One of the more secure structures on Tatooine this has large metal doors that respond to biometrics in some cases, or cipher codes provided by droids. Entry is impossible without permission from Suvian Sciences. This structure is about the size of an average mansion.
History: Suvian Sciences needed a land base. So they bought land on Tatooine and built it. Only recently have they opened up the shop so to speak. There are plans by them to expand the building, and make it more defensible.
