The One Sith has been a dead faction for nearly half a decade IRL, its members have largely moved on to the Sith Empire or died off (in-character, of course).Off the top of my head

comes to mind as a character that (I think) is still alive, but I haven't heard from him in so long I don't know if he is even on Chaos anymore.Cathul Thuku

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the OS had only a few PC fleeters, and most of them, including but not limited to, those who are still active with the Sith Empire in some capacity, were on-and-off as fleeters, with only Cyrus being a regular that I know of.

For a further bit of history and maybe to help, I have played the OS in the background for the entire time with a handful of characters, in minor threads or plot arcs with a few other writers here and there. I had an OS fleeter character but she went LS eventually as it became a more distant memory. I don't recall any fleeters that are left even from that smaller group. There certainly might be a stardestroyer or two roaming around for NPC assistance, but that's about it to my memory.

We did a gradual decline of what was left, mostly background but a few references in subs or locations. Byss, for example, has several holdouts. They were a good enemy to bring in to threads too, cultists or remnants fighting in orbit. Mostly the remnants served as a foundation for smaller ideas or story arcs.

We did a bit with enemies for the silvers. Quite a few threads with Keth's apprentice's development when he had a few active ones. Some involvement with the swarmsurge which came from the OS experimentation, and now again as they'd try to control it - no muse for that right now obviously. Opposition in a few doms like the CH dom just recently. Hutt Cartel related stuff. A lot of stories with individual writers that benefitted from an unaligned boogieman, or a temple to blow up and invade. I remember a bit of limited sith fleeting going on after a certain Jedi moot for example. That's the last example of actual brief fleeting that I can remember.
Over the years I slowly peeled them back to go from remnants to cultists. Their ships decaying as they had no base of operations or shipyard. Was a thread where he had some of the last few remnants in the backdrop shooting each other up in orbit, and a legion starving on the ground as they were out of supplies. Mostly background, and occasional boogieman.

When I was the OS FO and the faction was recalled, I made the final order to retreat with scorched earth tactics and hide anything that could be salvaged for a resurgence. Some, of course, went to the First Order. Some I called upon when TSE started up to arm them and bolster their numbers.

Yes, I know that. But the idea is that after the fall of the One Sith, Thaelius would have had a sizable fleet under his command and would have assumed a leadership position over the Remenat along with Lord Admiral Nox (Frozen Hand) but after the Battle of Byss would reconsider his standing and decide to legitimize himself and his forces.
I was planning on subbing a few ships for him based off old One Sith sub's. The idea would be that Thaelius and his Admirals/Captains would have refitted their vessels to acomdate for the "long night"
