APPEARANCE:
Mr Mordo appears in his civilian suit, pleasant and approachable, though behind the smile the eyes see everything, and the mind is alert to the subject's every twitch. He is normally seen by soldiers and pilots and officers of the Eternal Empire in this guise, unthreatening and very easy to talk to. He makes a lot of friends by doing favours, and utilizes these relationships to gather intelligence covertly.
Colonel Mordo is covered in state of the art armor, and equipped with some heavy and exotic weapons, seen in this guise when leading his Blackwatch Death Squad units into the fray. Very few survive seeing this side of the colonel, as is the nature of the Blackwatch's work. Psychic amplifiers augment his natural talents to dangerous levels, causing the fearsome visage of a fully armored and armed warrior to generate even more terror in enemies of the Empire.
BIOGRAPHY:
Born to one of the lesser Ordo clans, young Fordo was in constant competition with rivals from among his own family group, and from those of the other, more prominent and wealthy Mandolorian clans. Through cunning and ruthlessness he worked his way into a position of minor authority within his own clan, before taking the first chance he got to steal a ship and take charge of his own future.
Working his way across the Outer Rim, linking up with other Mandos, the youthful Fordo did his share of the dirty work in building a reputation and a pile of credits. Mercenary work was a lucrative venture, but always dangerous. In time, Fordo saw that the Mandolorians codes of honor and their superstitions and constant infighting seemed to always get in the way of efficiency and getting the job done. And so, he left the life behind, changing his family name to Mordo.
Utilizing his force abilities which he had always striven to keep hidden from the superstitious and judgemental Mandos, the young man began to grow in power and experience, serving under the tutelage of several Masters of the Dark Side. In turn, he grew to attain a degree of mastery himself, learning to understand and control the power that lay within him.
The ex-Mando had come into contact with the Eternal Empire many times in his career and saw an opportunity to serve the Empire as a soldier, but also as an intelligence expert. After completing induction and trials, Fordo was assigned to a Blackwatch Death Squad, and quickly rose through the ranks of that elite and secretive service to the rank of Colonel. Now commanding squads and units of his own, he serves the Empire that gave him a second home.
