SUBMISSION PROTOCOL
- AUTHENTICITY: Submissions must withstand examination and possess credible provenance.
- OWNERSHIP: Lawful ownership, custodial authority, salvage rights, or legitimate recovery must be established.
- PROHIBITED MATERIALS: Sacred property stolen from active temples, or materials acquired through murder, coercion, or the violation of a lawful custodian, will not be purchased.
- HAZARDOUS MATERIALS: Dangerous artifacts will be examined under controlled conditions before acquisition is approved.
- SITH MATERIALS: Tradition alone does not disqualify a seller. The Initiative will not knowingly finance Sith Orders, militant cults, slaving regimes, or state war machines.
- PAYMENT: Compensation will be issued in hard currency; no political favors, mysterious debts, or ambiguously phrased deeds of arms.
