For Safe Keeping: Clan Rekali Inc. Vaults

Deep within the IGBC headquarters on Muunilinst, the safety deposit vaults sit in shrouded darkness. Climate controlled and strictly monitored, the vaults are state of the art in their security.

The facility is only accessible through the main lobby, after passing through a security checkpoint. All weapons must be checked at the lobby level unless they are being stored in the vaults, at which point they are trigger locked and passed to IGBC personnel for holding until they are safely stored.

A secure private elevator is the only way down into the vaults, and the elevator requires the handprint scan of both the vault holder and an IGBC official in order to operate.

At the main vault level, visitors must pass through an x ray scanner as well as a retina scanner to gain access to the vault complex.

The security teams patrol the vault area at irregular intervals, and there are cameras watching all paths and halls at all times.

For smaller boxes, there are private viewing rooms just inside the main vault area next to the security desk, where visitors may take the box to view the contents or retrieve or deposit their valuables in private.

Every vault requires 2 chipped keys, one in possession of the vault holder and the other by bank personnel.

Two double room sized vaults are rented in the name of Clan Rekali, Incorporated.

Clan Rekali had rented two double-size vaults. The first vault held stacks upon stacks of high-density datacards, and a handful of research droids. The Waldstein Academy on Mayferria was, or had been, a continent-spanning library and Force academy. Its headmasters had dwelt in a floating pyramid, where they'd kept the most crucial records and backups. Clan Rekali had stolen the entire pyramid a couple of years ago, initially to sell, but eventually they'd found the records too useful. Now the floating pyramid's archive resided in vault number one.

Vault number two's contents were a little more eclectic.

With the death of Ember Rekali, certain things changed in relation to the vaults. Alec, as the new Aliit'buir, assumed primary custodianship. The holocron of Asli Krimsan had been bartered with Galindas, a Tenloss subsidiary, so it now no longer resided in the Rekali vaults. The holocron of Ember Rekali, frequently removed for Clan training, had been temporarily entrusted to the old man's grandson, Alec's half-brother [member="Caspian Rekali"].
