Strengths:
  • [+] Rough 'n Tough: Boasting a plethora of advanced weaponry and defense upgrades, the Harlequin is a well-armed and well-armored starship for its size and model. It's more than capable of holding itself against foes itself or smaller and can even pack a punch a punch against a capital ship if ample opportunity is found.
  • [+] Versatile: It's a well balanced starship and doesn't contain too many strengths but it also doesn't behold a wide assortment of weaknesses.
  • [+] Maintenance: Surprisingly, this vessel has proved to be quite simple in its mechanical systems. It's easy to maintain before and after combat operations and modular attachments or upgrades are also quite easy to install.
Weaknesses:
  • [-] Flying Rock: While the Harlequin does indeed offer an array of impressive weaponry, it's of no use if the ship it's pursuing is more maneuverable or faster. The ship has about the same sublight speed as a Koensayr Y-Wing, so it has a little difficulty keeping up with fighters or interceptors.
  • [-] Fire Vectors: Almost all of its weapons are frontally aligned, save for the primary blaster cannons, which can rotate minimally to offer superior targeting algorithms and the like. As for the aft portion of the Harlequin, it's entirely exposed.
  • [-] Noticeable: There's aren't many Firespray-31's flying about the galaxy so this one is very prominent.

Description: This very particular Firespray-31-class Patrol and Attack Craft was purchased from an age-old Mandalorian Protector by Marcus Foster. It had been long since the career infantryman and special operator had piloted a vessel and he took this old bird for a spin. The Protector, who had been exiled and now lived on Onderon, was quite impressed with the potential buyer's backstory and aspirations so much that he was compelled to sell it.

The Harlequin was a well maintained and slightly modified Firespray dating back to the later days of the Yuuzhan Vong war. It had surely seen battle and it bore a number of scars, scratches, and little bruises as achievements for its past conflicts. When Marcus came to own it and cleaned it out, there was only enough space on the interior to house a a pair of piloting members with the rest of the space dedicated to prisoner transport.

By far, the most important aspect of the Harlequin are its detention cells. The interior of each, along with the bars, are constructed of some of the strongest and lightest metals known to the galaxy and offer little necessities besides a simple reinforced cot and an open refresher. The bars of the cell are equipped with stun rays. The fourth detention cell is a Force Cage, a small, octagonal detention cell specially added for the detainment of Force sensitive individuals.

Generally speaking, the rest of the vessel is fairly standard in terms of its original armament. It doesn't possess an awesome amount of firepower but it does blend a balance of speed, maneuverability, durability, and firepower into a capable vessel perfectly suited for its intended use.

Sure, lots of the basic things. Sublight engines, hyperdrive, power core, internal electronic systems, etc. Just the general stuff. I don't really plan on turning this thing into a miniature Death Star or anything.

Or am I?

So if I'm understanding this right, it's modular in that classic CEC way. Meaning that in the future, different components could be swapped out or upgraded. But as it currently stands, there are no particular components that can be swapped in and out right now.

Am I understanding that intention correctly?

Excellent. One other thing.

Please change the speed and maneuverability from between 3.5 to 4 (current bomber speeds) to match your "Flying Rock" descriptor, and then you should be golden.
