"If you can't hide than you must fight. Fight or forever be looking over your shoulder." States Maz. "Not tonight. Tonight is to rest and think. You can stay here."

Hawk lifts his head and looks at Kay. "What do you think?"

Kay just stared at the bartop. Rest and think? Fight? They didn't ask for any of this to happen. Hawk should just be able to go home and be with his family. But now he was being advised to be away from them for longer.

"What do I think? I think that we fought already. Not all of us survived. Going after him again could decrease our odds of survival. He knows how we fight. I'm sure that they have it all recorded. I just don't know what to do right now..."

"He didn't see us really fight. We were too busy protecting the kids." They had to get the kids home somehow. "We had no weapons. I know we could take him. If we didn't have kids ...we could take him out."

Maz listens to them talk it out.

"But Hawk...we would probably have to go through all of his goons first. I don't know about you, but I don't have that kind of skill or energy." She also was the one to hold Prana hostage. He could do the same for Hawk, or herself. Then what would they do? She already lost Shaw to such a sacrifice. She wasn't about to lose Hawk as well.

"Kay, I'm not talking about a suicidal mission. ". A plan was forming in his head. "We could bomb the palace destroy the area. Than we fins Prana and kill him. We can't let this go unpunished. We have to stop him from doing it again."

Maz serves a couple of bar patron as she listens to Hawk's plan.

Kay just stared at the bartop as she mulled it over. She had never killed before. Maybe she'd let Hawk have the honours. Afterall, his daughter was put in danger. But then that made her think of a problem with his plan. "Bomb the Palace? But what about other prisoners? There could be other kids in there. Did you want to kill them too?"

"we're not going to bomb the prison area." Hawk says with a rolled of his eyes. "We will take out the hangers and defense systems." Maz scoffs. "With just one ship? Hawk you will need help."

"No not with just one ship. Nate going to get one as well. Kay will have one. We will use small starfighters."

Kay blinked. He really was thinking a lot about this. But not only that, he wanted to include his father, the man that he just didn't get along with.

"When are we to do this? I've never flown a starfighter before. Let alone been in one."

Hawk shakes his head. "Kay a small fighter ship like an x-wing or y-wing aren't that much different than flying freighter. Just faster!" If Kay wasn't up to it. He may have to figure something else for her to do. "How do you feel about sneaking into the palace with commandos and taking down the shields. Possible rescuing any prisoners still there?"

Kay weighed her options. She was uncomfortable with the whole thing, yet Maz and Hawk seemed to press that it was the only way. "I can work with taking out the shields. Otherwise your strikes would be useless." Freeing prisoners sounded more up her alley too. It would increase their numbers.

"Ok now we have to find some commandos?" Says Hawk dryly. "I can help with that." States Maz. I know just people that could help." Hawk looks at Kay. "We also need ship?" This operation was going to cost some credits. How were they going to pay for this? He was a Jedi.. He didn't have that sort of money. He could gamble to get the funds.

"The smaller the team, the better. So we don't need too big of a ship. Who were you going to get the fighters from?" It was good to have Maz around, though Kay didn't quite know her very well. Or rather, she didn't know her at all.

"I know a guy who could help for a price. We are going to need to raise some credits. He doesn't come cheap". He had a few idea about raising the funds.

Maz wanders off to greets some other patron. "How are you at playing card?" He asks Kay.

She sipped her tea. "Me? I've never played. I'm not much of a gambler of that sort." Kay wondered what she could offer for raising funds. Doing dishes for a day or two wasn't exactly going to raise enough. "What if I offered up massages? And nothing below the belt or anything, if that's what you're thinking.." There's a good chance though that that wouldn't raise enough credits either.

Hawk snickers at her suggestion of massages. "We want to make money." He teases her. "Ill get us the funds." Massages. What was she thinking? These are rough people they would want more than just a massage. What could she do? "Do you dance? You could strip tease down to a suit."

Maz walks back to the bar to pour more drinks. "He dances." She tells Kay. "Did you know that?"

Kay shook her head. "I'm not a dancer, no. I have two left feet." Especially that kind of dancing. It made her feel all icky just thinking about it.

And then Maz took her attention. She looked to her and then back to Hawk. "Don't tell me that that is one of your pastimes?"

Hawk sighs and glares at Maz. "I was danseur in the ballet. After I left that profession to be smuggler, when I was low on funds I would occasionally strip for cash."

Maz chuckles. "He was good at it. Earned a lot of credit. I still have patrons coming asking about him. I have a bachelorette party coming in tonight. Kay could be a waitress. You could be the entertainment."

Why was she not surprised to hear this? Kay just gave him a look before turning to Maz. "I will certainly give it a try. But Hawk strip dancing is not on the top of my list of things to see..." She had also never waited on tables before. Couldn't be too hard though. She just had to fetch food and drinks. The toughest part would be trying to keep her back to the stage.

"My other guy called in sick...so". Said Maz looking at Hawk. "Fine I'll do it." He says rolling his eyes. He pushes the glass of ale away. "I don't have a costume. Haven't practiced in awhile." Maz waved away all his complaints. "You look good. They don't come for the dance moves just the body. I have a costumes in the back. Go change. Warm up. Kay go with him. You need a waistress uniform. You keep all your tips and I will make up difference. Win. Win."

Hawk frowns slightly. "Kay I will show you to the back room." He stands and walks behind the bar

Kay wasn't sure that she liked this. But it was a means to an end. She sighed a little as she put her cup down and then followed Hawk to the back. "A uniform? Really?" Well at least they weren't revealing. She grabbed one one that looked as though it would fit, and then got changed in the dressing room. At least she won't be as embarrassed as Hawk will be.
