Hawk woke with a gasp. Unaware of his surrounding for a moment. He reaches out to call his saber to his right hand that no longer existed. The saber flew out of it hidden place to clang against his stump. The pain help focus on Kay. "It was horrible...I...couldn't wake up. It was real." He was too shook up to make sense right now,

Jewel eyes widen at the saber lying on Hawk bed, "oh Hawk" she whispers. Her eyes were filled with pain and sorrow.

Kay glanced down at the saber. She wasn't quick enough to grab it before it hit him and fell. She then turned her attention to him, wishing that she could say he was safe, but he wasn't. They both weren't. "We'll talk about it later."

She looked over to Jewel. "...Now you know. So what are you going to do? Make him disappear? Torture him? He didn't do anything wrong..."

"No, I couldn't do that to him. We are going to erase the droids memory....maybe we should destroy the droids. Leave no trace...that he is one of them." Jewel's voice was filled wth panic.

Hawk turns his head to look at Jewel. "So it true! You ...hunt and kill ...for them." They weren't safe. He moves to.try and stand. Doc places a gentle restraining hand on Hawk's chest. "You are too weak right now." Just moving that little bit sent his head spinning.

"Hawk we can't go anywhere with you like this. You need to heal first."

She turned to Jewel and studied her for a moment. "Now you know why he left. He was afraid just as you are. Am I right to assume that you hunt and kill Force users? Whatever for and just who pays you for that?"

"No, we don't kill them. Our buyer King Prana wants force user for his entertainment." She tell Kay and Hawk. "We are on the way to Prana now. We have a few force users in cold storage. Not that it matters now. We are not going."

Hawk frowns. He wasn't sure he believed Jewel at moment.

Kay narrowed her eyes slightly. "So your buyer kills them...and tortures them and whatever else. Do you go after younglings too? What you do is far worse than thievery or smuggling spice. You are accomplices to murder."

There were too many on board for Hawk and Kay to take control of the ship, and it was far too big for them to try to fly. "No wonder Hawk didn't want to stay..."

"Youngling?" Jewel says sounding confused by the term. "Kids." Hawk says trying to control his own outrage. Jewel shakes her head. "Nooo! Never!" This was so upsetting to her.

"That's why I left." Hawk says to Jewel. "Once you got involved with the slavers and collectors. I knew that my days were numbered." Jewel face pales. "I wish you would have told me. I love you more than all of this."

"Then stop, Jewel. Stop this madness." It seemed to be working, but Hawk needed to cool down and rest properly. Then there could be a problem with the crew. Did the others like catching Force users and selling them? Giles didn't seem to, but it was hard to say.

"I wish I could. I'm in too deep." Jewel says she reaches out to stroke his shoulder to calm Hawk down. He pulls away. "Don't ..I know what you did. Or will do."

Hawk looks at Kay "we can't leave until we look at what in cold storage."

Kay felt bad for the two of them and for different reasons. She nodded to Hawk's statement. "He's right. We need to free them. That's how you stop this. There are other ways to earn credits without ruining lives to do it."

Jewel knew that their was other ways to earn credits. "I have no choice. I'm drowning in debt to them." She had made a bad investment and the King bailed her out., She didn't want to admit it but she was afraid of the King.

"Alright I will show you where we keep them." She walk out of the medical center and way from Hawk's glaring eyes.

Kay spoke under her breath. "There is always a choice...." As Jewel left, she looked to Hawk. "I'll go, you still need to recover." She put on a brave smile and then headed out to follow Jewel, her hand gripping the strap of her satchel as she walked.

Hawk hated letting Kay go by herself. He hoped that Jewel didn't try anything stupid, He needed to get better soon. He closes his eyes and tries to go to sleep.

Jewel shows Kay to the storage area. "We only have three in carbonaite at the moment. These two are Sith. The other is a Jedi of some kind."

Only three. Even one was considered too many according to Kay. But then she didn't approve of anyone being captured in such a manner for sport. "You should let them go, or at the very least unfreeze them and put them in a few of the empty cabins until they recover from hibernation sickness."

Jewel shakes her head at Kay. "Not the Sith. They can stay frozen. Not dealing with that in my ship." Jewel wanted to make it clear that she was still in charge and not Kay.

Jewel moves to the block of carbonite. She twists and turns the dials. It glows red and slowly melts to reveal an older Jedi man with short brown hair. His eyes open. They were blue green eyes that resembles Hawk.

Not all Sith were bad. Kay was a firm believer in that. "Then they should be released somewhere that it is safe for them."

As the carbonite melted, she walked over to the man and caught him as he was released. She sat him down. "It's okay, you're safe now." Kay looked up to Jewel. "Right?"

Nathan felt some catch him. "Safe?" His voice was hoarse. "There no such thing anymore." He shivers. His body temperature was slowly rising.

"Where am I?" He asked the ladies as he reached out with force. He felt his son presence in the force. He was here and in pain. "Never mind that, what have you done to Hawk?

Kay rubbed his arms to help with his temperature. There was no such thing as safe? That wasn't true. As Nathan asked about Hawk, she snapped her eyes to Jewel. "He knows Hawk? Jewel...where did you capture thus man?"

She looked to the man. "Hawk is in the medical bay. He lost his hand in a fight with a Sith and is now recuperating."

Jewel stammers. It was Nathan that answered Kay's question. "She didn't. I was capture by a few Mandos and place in carbon." Nathan slowly stood up on his own steam.

"He isn't doing well. He needs to put into a healing trance." He informs Kay and Jewel. He had a few questions for his son. Did he still have the amulet? Was the amulet the reason for the lost limb?

Hawk fell into another terror vision. His screams echoes down the ship's corridors. Doc did everything in his power to wake him. Nothing was working.

Kay gently took hold of the man's arm as he got to his feet. Captured by Mando's? Bounty hunters more than likely. "Jewel can you please lead us to Hawk? This ship is too large for me not to get lost in."

How did he know that Hawk was hurt so bad? He must be a very strong Jedi of sorts. "He just had some surgery. He was doing fine when I left him...."
