Question Few art questions

Hey all! Still new and learning the ropes, just had a few quick art questions but I wasn't sure where to post them, so the art board seemed appropriate.

For signature images what would the appropriate image format and size? Am I allowed to put an additional flair in my sig as well?

The other question I had was is there a simple tutorial for learning bbcode? I have ideas for a custom div but have no idea how to execute it. Any help with any of these few questions would be appreciated !

Normally, what I do is 700x200, and you can put two flairs underneath (as seen on this Account) Jak Meridian

and Kae / Ilias has a really good thread, where they go over the concepts of their templates instead of just posting them without explanation and allows for you to learn a little.
