Ferian is just below average height for a K’paur, broad of shoulder, and long of leg and arm. He is strong, physically powerful, but not excessively muscular. His step is deceptively soft for someone of his size, and as such, he is known to sneak up on people without trying or intending to… though oft-times it is intentional.
BIOGRAPHY:
Family: Lucianus Adair (Son)
The life of Ferian Adair prior to his appearance in the court of the Tapani sector, and his subsequent integration into the Mecrosa Order and shortly thereafter, the Sith Empire, is shrouded in shadow, in mystery. It is something he has never spoken of. He proceeded to grow in power and rank, becoming a powerful Sith, and the Mecrosa Order’s most deadly and dangerous assassin. He attained the title of Lord (Lord Shade) of House Mecetti, and was engaged to be married to Darcia Von Balis. However, on a mission to retrieve a Force artifact from the clutches of the rival House Pelagia, he encountered a Jedi, Armistra Bane, a girl for whom he abandoned the Sith, Mecetti, and Mecrosa to be with... leaving behind his intended, in the process.
Armistra bore him one son (Lucianus) and left shortly thereafter, unable to continue to support the difficult journey Ferian had undertaken to leave what he was behind, his urges and outbursts becoming too much for her to bear. He raised Lucianus on his own, educating him as he would have been had he been born to the court and grown up in it. One day, when Lucianus was eighteen, Ferian was found and murdered by the Sith first, but this Sith left Lucianus to live, seeing potential in the boy, but telling him only of his betrayal of the Sith and of his tossing aside of great power. This angered the boy, and he left his father, gasping for air and bleeding out, to find his own way in the universe.
But as if by divine providence, Armistra returned, seemingly out of nowhere to heal him… and sever him from the Force to make him suffer. As K’paur, this crippled his crucial self-control, making his fight for control consume his life, day in and day out, driving him mad as he sought some way to have his connection to the Force restored. After some time, it returned, and he spent a great deal of time rebuilding his control. However, the effect of his extended severance from the Force seemed to have removed his exhaustively trained ability to use the power he had gained over so many years. He would have to reacquire everything. This made him furious, driving him to spend several months using the skills he still had to hunt down and brutally eviscerate and behead his former lover for what she had done. Afterwards, he continued on, continuing his search. One day, travelling to his next destination, he was so very livid over how his life had turned out, so much so that he didn’t notice the anomaly his vessel was headed for until it was too late. He was certain he would die…
...but that was not the case. It has been several years since that day, and his search for the reacquisition of power continues.
