Born on Cato Neimoidia , Fenaumvav was part of a Rich Aristocratic Neimoidian Familly with close ties to the Neimoidian Government. During the time Cato Neimoidia was a member of the Commonor System's Alliance Fenaumvav held considerable influence in his home city in which only increased as he joined the Mechanist Party in 851 ABY as Cato Neimoidia broke free from the C.S.A and formed it's own government , the Merchant Federation of Cato Neimoidia with Fenaumvav becoming one of the top officials of the Mechanist Party.
Fastforward a decade later and Cato Neimoidia is facing a period of turbulence and turmoil. After his falling out with the Mechanist Party in 856 ABy , Fenaumvav went on the form a Sepratist Movement known as the Greater Neimoidian Federation seeking to return his planet to the Galactic Stage and managing to secure control one of the twenty three member stats of the Merchant Federation of Cato Neimoidia.
However with the recent establishment of the Starbird Trade Spine and Cato Neimoidia's exclusion from it , Protests erupted and many flocked to Fenaumvav's Separatist Organization known funded by the Neo-Imprialist Sularen Association who supplied the Greater Neimoidian Federation with Equipment ranging from Weapons to Battle Droids and giving them access to a considerable portion of their armory. With Cato Neimoidia on the brink of collapse , Fenaumvav plans to execute his grand take over of Cato Neimoidia unaware of the Sularen Association's own separate nefarious plans for the planet.
