Faye stands a little over 5 foot 7 inches tall, usually boosted by a heel of some sort. A thick head of black hair reaches all the way down her back, Faye spends a good portion of her morning taming the wild curls into neat pinwheels. Most of the time she allows her hair to flow freely, though she will occasionally pin it up using decorative clips. Having been born and raised as nobility, Faye takes great pride in her appearance, choosing rather lavish items of clothing and jewelry. Because of her empathetic abilities the unavoidable judgments from people regarding her appearance create an immense pressure to achieve perfection, which over the years she's gotten incredibly good at. Her face is often donned in makeup, preferring softer tones for her cheeks and eyes and various shades of red and pink for her lips. A horrific looking scar from multiple blaster burns covers a large portion of her right thigh. There have been many chances for her to get this scar repaired but Faye prefers to keep it as a harsh reminder of the event that changed the course of her entire life.
Though Faye can only just remember her life on Serenno she is every bit the nobility she was born as. Well spoken, well dressed and well mannered. She didn't abandon her title or the expectations that came with it, despite leaving Serenno at such an early age. Faye is often seen looking rather tired, though there is always a smile one her face. She's more than willing to talk to most people but develops opinions on them pretty quickly. If you don't meet up to her standards she won't bother with you. Despite her noble facade, worn in front of whoever or whatever happens to be standing in front of her at the time, Faye is a broken women. The pain is kept well hidden behind the fancy attire and makeup and underneath all the smiles and the laughter. In reality Faye spends a lot of her time pretending to be fine in front of others so she doesn't have to be broken on her own. Though she has a fondness for the social life, be it parties, dances, dinners or simply having someone over for tea, Faye is still cautious about the people she spends time with. Her empathetic abilities means that she can easily feel what others are feeling including the things they don't and won't say. Humans are often critical and judgmental and Faye can feel all of this. Though there are negative sides to this it also means she can navigate conversation easily, people often remark on how simple it is to get along with her.
+ The Perfect Lady: Faye was born and raised as nobility. Her early life was mostly spent under the tutelage of other well to do ladies learning the arts of dancing, singing and socializing with the elite. While it was to be her brothers following in his footsteps her Father made sure her education was not throw aside. He insisted on lessons in politics, history, all the sciences and other topics that weren't particularly useful for a noble lady. As a result she is incredibly educated in numerous topics and prides herself in being the perfect match for her title despite the fact it no longer holds any weight.
+ The Dark Side: When Serenno fell to the hands of the Sith Faye took the opportunity to develop her affinity to the force. Previously there had been little want or need to use it but free of any particular duties or responsibility
+ Vivacious: Her affinity for the social life did not abandon her when she left Serenno. With more money than a young woman had any right to own and with nobody to stop her Faye continued to rub elbows with the elite. A gregarious youth meant she developed the skill needed to hold an interesting conversation no matter the subject. People often comment the air of confidence she projects, despite her somber history, and on how easy it is to slip into a deep, meaningful discussion with her.
+ Emotional Foresight: Faye has the ability to read emotions. Often this is a negative thing but Faye has managed to use it to her advantage as well. She knows people on a personal level before they even get a chance to introduce themselves. Conversations are easily navigated as she can tell when people are bored or incredibly interested. It also means she can tell when people are lying almost immediately. She also uses this ability to manipulate and play on emotions, often times calling on it to get what she wants or to twist things in her favor. Things such as interrogation or investigation are things Faye finds incredibly easy, people often give the answers away unintentionally through their natural reaction to being questioned. It is very difficult for Faye to not be able to talk her way out of a situation, even when it seems completely hopeless. She can always fall back on people's baser instincts to guide her way.
- Insomnia: If you ask Faye what happened that fateful day her family were murdered before her eyes she'll tell you she can't remember much, but the truth is an entirely different story. The memories are dragged up to the surface when she sleeps, causing night terrors that torment her relentlessly whenever she manages to drift off. They force her awake in dead of night with blood curdling screams in her throat and hot tears spilling from her eyes. She does well to hide the maladies that plague her mind, often using them to fuel her connection to the dark side, all expect this one. Faye avoids sleep as much as she can with the use of various stims and works herself to the point of passing out to keep her mind occupied. Extreme exhaustion is the only reason you'll ever catch her with her eyes closed.- Trust is for the Weak: Being a Malvern is no easy task. Faye holds her family in high regard and will do anything to defend their honor. The name does still carry some weight in certain parts of the Galaxy, which Faye uses to
- Opinionated: A life of luxury has encouraged Faye to be rather opinionated of people. For the longest of times she's been able to pick and choose who she socializes with and why and the majority of the time she chooses people of her own kind. She knows little of the life "normal" people live and often chooses to stay blind to it. While Faye is more than happy to converse with anyone she will develop an opinion on them within the first few minutes. If they don't meet up to her standards or they say something she doesn't like Faye will simply walk away, believing her time is better spend on someone who will engage her as much as she engages them.
- The Scar: The assassination attempt was the worst thing to happen to Faye next to being forced to abandon Serenno. It left her with a thick scar that stretches across the expanse of her left thigh. While scars usually pose no danger or problem to their owners during the creation of this particular one a large portion of her muscle was burnt to a crisp. She often finds herself tiring quickly in battle, particularly ones that involve heavy footwork. Faye is more reliant on her right leg to do the work of both, which means it's a lot stronger, though is often susceptible to attacks coming from that side. One whack or well placed jolt to the old wound will have her crumbling to her knees.
- Force Empathy: Faye has a natural ability to sense other people's emotions. While she sometimes uses this to her advantage more often than not the she finds people far too intense. No matter how hard she tries Faye cannot control the "gift". Knowing how people truly feel about her, regardless of whether or not she wants to know, often leads her to be cautious about making entirely new friendships. While she has the ability to let a sole emotion pass her by she cannot ignore many at once. This means she has a difficult time during tasks were emotions run high. For example during a battle she can physically feel all the fear, pain and worries. It often leaves her feeling quite drained and, in some cases, if the battle is particularly bad, Faye has to leave entirely.
