Strengths:

The Light: Inside him is the Light, it can heal all he touches, remove diseases, dispel dark side corruption, and so much more.

Mechanic: He is a damned good mechanic, able to fix just about anything.

Medical Knowledge: To go along with his natural ability, he learned much about diseases, medicine, biology and the like.

Strong: He works out heavily, keeping his body in peek physical performance

Clever: Knows when to fight, when to back away, how to talk his way out of trouble, and over all can use his brain to solve most issues.

Martial Artist: A life of training in various forms of martial arts, has led to him being very proficient up close personal.

White Mage: He is adept at healing, and buffing his allies in combat.

Powerful Mind Tricks: While he lacks a lot of force abilities, he managed to make up for it by focusing on mind tricks.

Weakness:

The Light: His powers are not a conscious choice. He heals anyone he touches, regardless of his intent, desires, or wants. This can lead to hilarious consequences. As well as having people after him for his ability.

Unable to use Control: Due to interference with his natural abilities, he is unable to use nearly any type of force powers on himself, effectively ruling out control abilities, like force speed, force healing, and the like, so long as they are directed at himself.

Bad Luck: He tends to get himself into a lot of trouble, and often finds himself in the middle of bad situations, almost as if fate demands it.

Trained Force Users are a threat: Due to his lack of being able to use control force powers, many padawans can out fight him in a straight one on one duel, due to his inability to speed up, refresh himself, gain more strength, or able to heal himself. So he is at a distinct disadvantage against other force users.

Snarky: His mouth can easily get him into trouble, and sometimes he doesn't seem to have the filter he needs.

Can't not help: Regardless of the situation, regardless of the cost to himself, he must help those in need.

What happens if he is ever turned to the dark side?

Appearance: Fane is a tall, muscular man with what appears to be deeply tanned skin. His hair is cut short, and dark in color. Eyes are brown and piercing in intensity. He is covered in tattoos of various types across his body. He is usually in pants, a long sleeve shirt, wearing gloves, and a hat.

Personality: He is a good man, with a big heart. While he sees evil, and acknowledges the power of darkness, he doesn't give into despair, and instead, believes in the spirit of the many. Fane values honor, justice, and helping the weak, and downtrodden. The man does not hate those who are dark, he instead does what he can to concentrate on how to fix the problems it causes. He tends to avoid fights if he possibly can, but does not run away from them, if its to protect another.

Force Powers:

The Light:

He is naturally able to heal anything that comes in contact with his bare skin. It's an unconscious thing, and he has no control over it happening. It can cure disease, banish dark side curses, cure dark side corruption,restore stamina and heal from near death. However, it has no weaponized abilities, and doesn't harm dark siders. He is also unable to heal himself using this power.

Force Valor: He is able to use Force Valor on others, boosting their abilities, and morale. But not on himself.


Tutaminis: Able to impart this skill temporarily to other people nearby to him, but unable to use it on himself.

Force Deflection – Able to grant this to those nearby, unable to use it on himself.

Mindtricks: He has a large and varied amount of mind trick skills he is able to use, and used them regularly to make up for his weaknesses.

Telekinesis: While not the best at it, he can use it effectively when he targets anything that isn't him.


Biography:

Fane's father was a pyn'gani Jedi Master who crash landed on a primitive planet, and was unable to get off of it. However, the Master was able to find a Lightside nexus, and was surprised to see the natives using it, to heal their people. His mother was some form of human, who was the local priestess, protecting the Lightside nexus, and its healing ability. In time, they got close as both protected the light. Fane was conceived, carried, born and raised inside this nexus, all the while his developing body absorbed the light. He was born with the force powers of his parents, and the Nexus simply fed into it.

His father trained in him the ways of the Jedi from the moment he could walk, and his miraculous healing power was just thought by the others as a holy gift, an extension of the healing place. While it took years, eventually the Jedi Order tracked down their lost master, and rather than leave with them, the couple gave their child to the Jedi Order to be fully trained.

The boys training was fairly normal. He was a quick study, and picked up saber combat, history, philosophy and so much more with ease. However, there were things that came naturally to most force users that he struggled to be able to do anything with. This of course set him apart from the others. Unable to keep up with their force speed, or leap with their force jumps, unable to keep his body going through the rigorous trials by using the force to refresh himself, he simply couldn't keep up.

But Fane was not one to give up quietly, he trained, worked out, pushed his growing body as hard as he could, till even without those abilities, while he was always in the last place, he was at least keeping up with them, able to stay close on their heels, able to almost out last them. While last place wasn't fun, he was never so far out classed that he was totally left behind. It took constant practice, eternal training and vigilance. He had to work smarter AND harder than anyone else.

However, no other healer could even compete with his ability to heal. It was almost like a miracle each time he touched another, no matter the pain, the disease, how tired they were, he restored them to full health. Through his abilities, and hard work, he built up a good reputation with others, and was well liked by his fellows.

He took on the hobby of helping the temple maintenance crews go about their work, spouting that, it was fun to have to work to be able to fix and make something work again. Soon, a master took him as a Padawan and together, they drove the darkness from all in their path. The master taught Fane how to work in a group, and use his powers to support others. Each obstacle he faced was overcome, through sheer force of will, and cleverness.

In time, he was allowed to go through the trials, and become a Jedi Knight. Sadly, it wasn't long after this, that Coruscant was destroyed, and the Jedi scattered to the wind. Fane almost gave into despair, into the belief that the galaxy was doomed, or that his actions would never make it better no matter how hard he tried. However, he refused to give in. He saw evil, and darkness, and he knew he couldn't stop it alone. However, he would be a light, a torch that could light others. Perhaps, he would be able to do something after all, one life at a time, lighting one light after another. Hope was not lost, not until the last light had gone out.
