Ryana was still trying to get used to the Jedi temple and coruscant as a hole. She wasn't used to such lavish lifestyles that coruscant brought and the way the Jedi temple where. She had heard stories all children do and slaves like she used to be dreamt of being saved by Jedi or anyone really. She had to get away from the top level so she found herself sitting alone in spacer gear where things made more sense and she didn't have to worry as much about getting a lecture from some higher ranked Jedi.

The lethan slave turned Padawan sat there in a cantina with typical cantina music. It was as non descript as possible as far as taverns go they even had twi'lek serving girls she had ordered a nerr burger and a corellian ale and just let it all in she felt more relaxed already there was a gambling hall down the road if she wanted but for now she just wanted familiarity of surroundings more than anything.

Priorities. Nilah rarely spent time outside the Temple. Not training was a dereliction of duty. When the training rooms were occupied, her temporary refuge was usually the room of a thousand fountains. Hang there too often, though and it starts lose its idyllic charm.

A cantina in one of the lower levels of the city would work. She could grab a Jawa juice, kick her feet up (feeling guilty the whole time), and just chill. Wouldn't ya know it, that's exactly what she was doing.

Nilah slid into an empty booth, drink in hand. The seat was still warm from a former occupant. It felt gross but weirdly comforting. Amber eyes scanned the cantina. She felt a light presence in the Force, not all that different from what she felt in the temple. Discerning the source was difficult, given all the warm bodies in the cantina. There were a couple Trandoshans, who were cold-blooded, but the point still stands.

Nothing she could do but curiously observe and wait.
