As of now, following a short discussion by the factory staff, there is a new field in the submission modification templates in each section of the factory which must be included in future modification requests. The additional field is to disclose a summary (a list) of what is being changed in a submission, i.e; Manufacturer, Production, Affiliation. Below is a quote of the template for submission modification requests, with changes in green, and a summary of the function of each field in the template afterwards.
