So I have posted a character and joined the Order of the Silver Jedi. What next, will the faction contact me? Thanks!

Hey bud, so generally you won't be immediately contacted if you're new and haven't put yourself out there via a thread or faction discussions. So, you've got tonnes of options.

You can jump right into Star Wars: Open Roleplaying and start an intro thread. This thread by Amani Serys is a great example. If you let people know what you're after in the thread (ie joining the Silver Jedi through RP or getting a Jedi Master to train you), then hopefully some nice folk will flock in to help you out.

OR, you can post on the Silver Jedi faction discussion that you're new and someone will likely help you out there and get the ball rolling.

OR, you can join the Silver Jedi discord chat and ask around there, and again, I'm sure loads of folk will help.

OR, you can message one of the faction staff for the Silver Jedi and ask them to help you get settled 'n' started.

OR, all of the above.

I know it can be daunting to get started somewhere new, so props for making it this far -- and welcome! If you have any more Qs, feel free to ask
