Faction Participation

It's not my place to say, as I am a new member of both the faction and the board as a whole still, but I really think we need to up the participation from everyone in the faction. I understand that we all have issues and stuff to do IRL. But the site does require a certain commitment and I do believe that being apart of a faction also calls for that commitment.

I just want to address the issue that it appears that many of the members here, save a few who I won't name so no one feels bad, are inactive. I think we should try and up the activity and also get busy recruiting other people, that way if someone is inactive for a time we have someone who is active to counter-balance it.

And I understand OOC participation, but we should try and keep it balanced. We are a RP site after all, our influence IC is just as important as our OOC influence.

As a brand spanking new member here I can promise you the recruitment is working, albeit slowly.

I'm trying to be as active as I can be until my school starts up again and i'll be mostly dead in the water. Either way I hope to help you guys getting this place up and kicking as a formidable organization.
