Faction CP Navigation Edits (Possible Bug)

So..I dont know if it's because I still have limited things I can do on my account (Like I cant make a status), but I can't switch forums through the Faction CP in the Navigation area. I can make forums, but thats it.

If phone then it doesn't work I've tried, I had to get someone do mine for me.
