Request Faction Bar?

Hello there, i've noticed that a lot of people have faction bars! I know their mostly for flavor, but it looks really neat.

I'm looking for someone to create a faction bar for the Directorate if possible. If not, let me know how exactly to create one, the dimensions, and such.

For the text Directorate please, color white, and the font Sen
