BIOGRAPHY:
Born and raised on Kalist, Fable has lived under a multitude of galactic governments in her time. However, most did little to really affect her life, as her family were moisture farmers several days travel from the main settlement. Too isolated for any government interference, and mostly too poor to think about much more beyond survival, they eked out a living regardless of the regime ruling the planet. Yet Fable always yearned for something more and spent her free time searching for something better, a better way of life for herself and her parents. She read and studied everything she could find, honing her intellect through late nights and challenging discussions in school. She managed to get a scholarship for an off-world education in political science and history, where she pushed herself just as hard.
Given the opportunity to travel to the big ecumenopolis worlds and work there, she turned it down to instead return to Kalist and work as a civil servant, getting involved with politics and becoming a decently influential politician through her hard work, honest appeal, and working-class background. Studying history, she saw that only a democratic galactic society allowed for flourishing across the more isolated worlds. Given that, she has begun championing the cause of greater interaction and unification with the local systems and governments, with the desire to recreate the Republic from ancient days.
