Eye of the Storm

She was listening to the man about the reactor. They had been working on more things here, providing it on larger scale though as she was unsure if they would be able to make a proper reactor. They might be able to make one that functions for bases on the surface and temples. Putting it in underground housing and there might also be something for ships. She was looking at a number of the ship sizes in her mind instead as.... she didn't think they would be abel to get these for anything smaller then a heavy cruiser given how much of the superstructure it was going to be needing to be using. Which wasn't such a bad thing but it would serve to function in larger and stronger ships to increase their output.

Really she was just buying herself time in most cases, there wasn't a lot to do on transports heading downt o planets aside from discussing the weather or how the meal in the mess hall was, if the processor was doing things. I t was all about eating up the time instead of being in uncomfortable silence that would drive you crazy if you were not careful and she was moving with more of her attention on the different things now as they finally were arriving to the small hanger with the other transport that had the grand admiral as she could see that he was walking out fo the ship with the others things themselve. The remains of some imperial marines that would have some uses.

She was just glad to e out and done with the transport for now.. hopefully the trip back would be shorter with more conversation so that she could occupy her mind. The research facility here would serve to give them what they wanta dn what they want to work with more.... though given the reactor was functioning well enough she was certain this research would only improve it as well as she could send the information about using kyber crystals to augment the weapons for different cannons to the send as she knew that project had gotten some flak from people who didn't pay attention to the science of the universe. Either way the admiral was prepared when she stepped up and saw the man in white.

He was standing tall and at the ready for anything, crisp white uniform with all of the medals on display as well as his groomed hair and beard. Like a proper grand admiral he was giving the display of confidence that you wanted to see as she noticed a few other things from him. One of which was he was getting a little round around the mid section. Age and well he was on a ship you dind't always get a chance to work out like ground pounders but there was till generally some places to handle things. There was also the cane he was using to support himself when he started walking and she nodded her head in understanding while going over to join him and the others.

"Welcome." he said it while shaking her hand and they were moving, into the facility where the soldiers were positioned and set up. "It isn't much but the old research base was easy enough to clear out and clean up then we started to get to work. Looking to change up and augment our ships as best we could with some fo the old model technologies that the Imperials were known for making. it would give us an advantage we had hoped but that ship you brought is a beast and I can recognize when we are outgunned or outmatched with something that is going to smash everything. it is not a pretty sight or thing to admit to but at least we can protect some of the people here and maybe give them new lives."

They both seemed to be thinking about it and with some work well they could clear it all up, give the people all fo the things they needed an researchers like in Sasori could use some more if anything. They might be useful for projects and despite popular opinion not all were actually evil. So she was expecting these ones likely to be able to work with people and they cared more about the science then about some regime that was in charge. She doubted many actually cared about their looks and uniform as much as they did what they were doing and how it would be applied. That would be an important thing after all in the end as she saw with them same as establishing order witht he people.

She was going over it more as the datapad chirped to alert her and information about what the engineers were finding thanks to the Imperials here with them. "Well if these are the quality of you people. I might just have to cannibalize them and bring some onto my teams for engineering and technicians. I am liking that they are cooperating and making an effort so quickly." The praise was high but so was the information about how they were looking to access and use the research notes. Combine it with what they knew from the other labs and the reactors of the ships would be with the Sleg some of the strongest and possibly longest lasting in the galaxy compared to others.

That was the hope at least well that and getting the weapons they could have to be beefy and powerful. The goal of having it so one ship could in point of fact hold a system from an opposing fleet while reinforcements arrived was an important thing and she was going to work on a few more surprises to go along with it. Specifically if need be a chance to have an AI serve as the counter to a Battle computer they had installed and the Will of the force providing real time enhancement for them. All of it in due time and with plenty of effort on their part though so she was in no rush. Invaders were likely going to come once things were settled down but she was prepared.

Seeing what else they had here and with the research it was some pretty interesting things to say the least. It allowed the woman to turn over and look at some of the places they were working on. She saw the reactor designs they were bringing up and they would have to finalize this. "So is it doable? Can you replicate the technology for our ships and some of our other equipment." she was looking at him and the other engineers were workig on more of the things when he came over presenting a few things that they would be able to work with. "Yes we should be able to Admiral,, there is parts of it we won't be abnle to use it on. Fighters, vehicles like speeders is less likely but walkers and tanks we might be able to."

Hmm it was as they had discussed somewhat, in case of the different things that they would be able to do. A tank and heavy walker with this would have enough. She knew they would and should be able to get for a vehcile a proton beam cannon with this powering it so they would be able to punch through well anything. Or those anti fleet cannons they have the prototypes for. These reactors could easily power them to smash into enemy fleets instead of being left alone. It was all a matter of perspective though and she would need to clear it with some of the others. Possibly go before the assembly to show off the plan and some of the new designs so that they would be able to work with it.

The transports heading back up to the ships had Sala'dine setting herself up for the successful tests needed. They were designing a lot fo the new ships for the silver jedi in their own version of the modernization program. She was certain they would be able to add onto what they were making, adding new ships and new models but they would also likely be going for something traditional within the jedi order themselves. She wanted to work on some of the parts when she tapped her hands against the admirals uniform walking into the ship. They had all of the information and the ships that were left intact here were joining the to be fixed and brought into service.

They were moving quickly now, transporting all of it back to the station where they would be meeting and with a shakedown such as all of this done it would easily go towards the bigger thing. She wanted to work on more when she was looking at parts of the ship on screen, the information they had brought from the research base and what they had for it was being used here as they were looking to see how small they would be able to bring down the design of the super structure. THey wanted to get it onto the smallest ships and with the information about how to augment energy weapons with crystals they would be abel to enhance all of it.

She was thinking of some designs that would work and aside from the cannon and crystal workings that the jedi who had explored somethings came away with there were little others. They might be able to harvest a large amount o crystals and really build it up but she wasn't looking for super weapons she was looking for augmentation crystals that could be used in new model equipment using all that they were learning. The ancient things that used crystals would need to be changed over as they were searching for other crystal rich worlds int he galaxy. She was looking at parts of it seeing the designs the engineers were working on before the hyperspace window was opening to show off the station.

She looked at all fo the ships that had been brought through with them and the admiral prepared herself before they were going off towards the hanger when it was coming in to dock with the station. The massive Omni class that was getting hooked up to present them with a lot more of the work that they would be able to do. "Welcome to Crucible station seventeen admiral. We have been expecting you and have a tam of Sasori engineers that will be set up for you per the specifications." She gave a nod of her head to watch them before she was heading off to the hanger bay where they had ships and everyone ready. The crew here were presenting all of the information about their experiences on the ship.

All of the information, feedback, bug reports and problems that were a mixture of problems, potential problems and things that might be there but weren't causing a big problem could be fixed and worked on. Sala'dine wanted to work on it and she knew the other chances of the ship going out would be providing a chance to work on and clean up some of these technical reports so that they could get a whole lot more informaiton in different fields and within different things. "Thank you all." Sala'dine was saying before she was walking to go through the ship and arriving in the hanger section leading to the station that was connected to meet up with them.

She was meeting up with ore of them and the engineers were setting up some parts for them, areas that the jedi would be able to see while they were giving them all of the information on their different reports. The Omni class was proving highly effective in what they wanted to be able to do here and now. There were a few other things to herself though while she was moving to meet with the other fleet commanders in a holo call so that they would be able to report in to her. "I'll be in the conference." She was getting a meeting with them and the fleets over and around the different planets that would be serving a purpose in protecting the sytems.

As she was going through the station towards the main conference hall the admiral stayed there before she was looking over at parts of it all. She presented a few things like seeing where they were processing the stygium for themselves. Here on the station with the massive facilities they could make and use it was more then enough for her to see parts of it. She stuck around until she was moving into the room where the monitors were showing them the facility all around the station. Processing and refining the stygium crystal and making the polymer that would be used on the stealth ships that they were planning until she moved over to see some of the others who were arriving.

"How have the operations been proceeding, our work with the omni for holding and operating systems have proven to be something of an endeavor. I am proud to say that it has worked out better then we had expected. The hanger is optimal for holding the squadrons and holding an excess of ships for different uses. We are not exactly certain but it should be able to work on a few things." She could see the others and as she started uploading the information and the feedback as well as the information from the others who had been testing and gathering information. They were experimenting with it and she could see some fo the other parts they were developing here.

Sala'dine could see some details as they were bringing up other stuff and the results of the stygium mine being recovered was coming to them so that they would be able to see. She was seeing more reports about what they were recovering and bringing out for the patrol project as well as some frigates they could use. She wanted to see all of it until the autoprint for herself to give the order and start processing the materials into more plates they would be able to use. "Good, we shall be seeing about parts of it. Looking over the details you have been able to get a lot more information about it as well as seeing the displays of what they had kept of the hanger.

She had more information and they were nearly finished now, they had all of the information that would be getting poured over and taken apart by the experts for weeks maybe even months to go into the ship so that they could make sure the ship itself would be properly set up and not having to risk a lot of problems. She knew there was a chance of war and while this would be welcomed and helpful to have in the galaxy but they wouldn't be able to really use it. Sending it around to attack everything.... would be worthwhile but she coulldn't risk sending something that would likely be ill prepared into a fight to handle it even if it could go pound for pound and smash things. The Admiral was prepared to work on this project and all of the other ones as they were getting more polymer for their destroyers.
