Eye of the Storm

Sala'dine

Admiral of the Ghost Fleet
There was more information coming to them about all of it, the admiral was wanting to work on parts of it for herself. So that they would be able to provide a number of other things to themselves. "All ships move into formation once we drop out of hyperspace." She was looking at it when things were prodived for them. The ships were coming out of hyperspace after the journey and Sala'dine prepared for the fight. THis wasn't just going to be some ramshackle fleet handling dangerous situations it was going to be a beast of the ship handling and going after them when she arrived seeing the ship itself activate the shielding systems. The weapons were hot and they took aim ready to fire.

Sala'dine

Admiral of the Ghost Fleet
She was looking at it, the ships that were there while she remained in the seat prepared to attack them. The leftover Imperial ships were there and coming at them as she could see they were opening fire on all of them. The large ship that was being brought around. The remains and cannibalized parts had been used to create it from far larger ships. She knew it from old intelligence reports and that it was supposed ot be a brief shiny moment until she was going over it on the screen. "Work to disable that vessel, the Imperial tech we can use would provide more information and I have been meaning to try and get a proper flagship as opposed to what we have here."

Sala'dine

Admiral of the Ghost Fleet
She wanted to use the imperial ship or at least if they did it correctly they could use the remains to make something massive. The Barsen'thor was well firepower for the silver jedi but it looked so distinctly Imperial that they would have to deal with things and she was looking at more of it. She wanted to work on and develop a lot more as they were looking to make massive ships that would serve to protect the different Silver jedi systems. She was looking for other ways as well since they would be pushing to have fighter stations and defensive stations set up to get in small outposts around the area. Putting them in a network that could be used to swarm and go after enemy ships.

Sala'dine

Admiral of the Ghost Fleet
She was already palnning things out here while they were moving, looking at what would be vast improvements to have out in the different ways to protect themselves. The Admiral wanted to work on many of the things here before the ship was moving in to start smashing into and broadsiding what the imperial forces here were doing. Sala'dine prepared herself so that they would be abel to keep interest and more things developing. "Careful, now, bring us about and transports prepare for boarding action. I want those ships where we can get them to be disabled and handled for all of us." She got nods as the groundside and boarding commanders were prepared to go and fight.

Admiral of the Ghost Fleet
While they were getting into ships and she could see the heralds going with them, the others here on the bridge were making their moves. Prepared to work on the ship and prepared to present everything that they were going to need on the tactical disaplay when the women glared at the viewing screen showing the ships there in front of them. More vessels were comign along the sides as the carracks they had punched a hole through them with their proton cannons that were like thick white beams cleaving the ships in two. They were small, fast and hardy compared to the others as the Harrisons were moving and letting loose a full salvo of shots onto the bow of the one ship coming at them and she could see the fighters and bombers streaking them.

Sala'dine

Admiral of the Ghost Fleet
She was moving around with the hardlight displays to show where they were positioning the ships to fight all of them. Turning some things over with attention as displays from the facility down below showed their heralds and soldiers moving through quickly. "Admiral there is a com channel coming through for you. He seems insistent that he talk with you." She waited there for a moment and went to the command chair clearing it so that they would be able to see her on the bridge with a clear view of anything that affronts her field of vision. "Very well then patch him through and continue the assault on them. I want this system locked down." She got confirmations as the view screen was bringing the man up.

Sala'dine

Admiral of the Ghost Fleet
He was an older man she had not been expecting to see again. he had worked int he empire and not that it was gone she had figured he would have retired while looking at him. "Grand Admiral Giliet, a face I was never expecting to see again after the fall of the empire." She had in truth thinking about it hoped he had retired. He had been smart but it was more that he had been loved by his men. THey were willing to fight harder for him and die as opposed to just wanting to follow orders. "You seem to know who I am but I do not think I know a young lady like yourself." He seemed to be looking at her and well he had met her when they were younger... she doubted he remembered her as a young ensign.

Sala'dine

Admiral of the Ghost Fleet
She gave him a few more moments while watching before speaking. "yes I suppose given what has happened I might not look as you remember me Grand Admiral. This new body they put me into is a lot younger almost from when we were ensigns." He took what she said and didn't pause looking at her. "Oh my Grand admiral Ori, they have done something to bring you back to your old self and seems your mind is intact still so all of that experience in a far younger body. What do you plan to do here old friend?" What indeed, she had been expecting some imperial forces that were acting like pirates but this man was respectable to her and an old friend.

Sala'dine

Admiral of the Ghost Fleet
"Well I had been hoping to get the base on the world below you and to if they were here handle any ex imperials. Given most seem to become common pirates it dind't seem like it would be much of a challenge but if you are here then there might be more going on possibly." He was watching her and she had unloaded on him but he wasn't dumb and would have known she was lying or being half truthful if she went for it. That wasn't the point of his question after all he just wanted to know what he was dealing with. "I see, well the majority who have been here have been raiding and pirating not fit for Imperial officers to act so when I arrived with what was left of my men I straightened them out."

Sala'dine

Admiral of the Ghost Fleet
Hmm the woman had a look on her face when she was watching him to stick over there. He was older, wiser and well he had managed to get some of these ex imperial rabble into something that resembled a fighting force though they were faltering to the superior firepower the omni class was providing the the boarding actions of a force enhanced super soldier. it wasn't exactly a fair fight but it was a fight. "Well it is good to see you and in the spirit of the years we have served together I will extend the offer. Please surrender, the Silver jedi are better then most and willing to as long as you were not heinous in your actions within the empire to let most leave or go about their lives."

Sala'dine

Admiral of the Ghost Fleet
She was watching him and the man seemed to be thinking about it there for a time. Almost at least. She knew he was proud and surrender to a grand admiral was well it was not something done lightly if ever at all. She was prepared for him to decline and fight to the death or even want to just run away and be left to his own devices. From experience she was more ruthless then he was but he had been respected and even beloved by his soldiers when it came to fleet and operations. They trusted him, they feared her and all feared the dangerous wrath of the sith as Sala'dine stood ready to hear his decline of her offer. "Perhaps, I am getting old and more and more I have been fighting old comrades."

Sala'dine

Admiral of the Ghost Fleet
She was thinking about when they were moving though the bridge. So that she would be able to see his face better. "Though I am in a dangerous place, on the one hand there is not a great deal within the galaxy to do for an old man on a ship. I dislike the idea of dying in a bed from old age instead of going out in glorious combat. Which is becoming few and far between these days." She was looking at him while they were going now and the battle itself was mostly done, all of the ships that had been coming after them was showing off. They had mostly all fallen before working to become a dangerous area. She wanted to work on more of the things until she spoke.

Sala'dine

Admiral of the Ghost Fleet
"I see." Looking back at him she understood the not wanting to have a straw death. The grand admiral was a warrior, he wanted to die in the heat of battle for a reason that was something he could choose for himself. Instead of just laying there or being old and in a bed. The Admiral was letting her attention go to the bigger things that they had happening until the ship went quiet. "I am not going to kill you in cold blood, there is no glory old soldier in suicide. There is only battle but if you come with me I am certain we could find you something. Find you a way to live or find a glorious death in battle. There are dangers out here that wish to come after the silver jedi order and your experience would be grand."

Sala'dine

Admiral of the Ghost Fleet
He seemed to be thinking about ti and a chance like this wasn't exactly the biggest and best thing. She was offering him a chance that he might be able to die with glory in battle as opposed on wasting. So he was going to have to think about it but... "Halt all salvo's, silence the guns and move us back." They were going to the base and working with him but he wasn't the enemy here before his voice was coming out to give them some idea of where his mind was going in this situation. "That might be best, at least with the likes of you again I can stand a chance to meet battle or have a glorious death." He was in it sounded like and he wasn't death seeking to the point he would likely be obsessed with it.

Sala'dine

Admiral of the Ghost Fleet
"Alright welcome to the team then, shall we head down to the facility then?" She was curious while they were going over the things. She wanted to get the information and review it about the qunitessense research they would be abel to use. She was looking at the feedback on the ship itself so that they would be able to see what it did and it was easily handling the dangers and problems of the research that they were using here. The ships had a very dangerous prospect and she doubted they would be able to easily use this in smaller ships then heavy cruisers like fighters. Ground based reactors would be dangerous but protecting it with a strong shield should help.

Sala'dine

Admiral of the Ghost Fleet
She was letting her mind race as they worked on more of it and bringing the ship in the old man was speaking to her. "Well it should be different, seeing how to took out most of the young bloods we had wanting top serve. They lacked experience and what once would have been a privileged to serve under a grand admiral even a former one had more become a way to get them some experience to try and work in the other ships." he said it and she could taste from across the distance the regret in his words before the ships were heading in. Ground reports were coming in for all of the information ont he facility. They were getting to the computers about the research and seeing the scientists who were cooperating with them.

Sala'dine

Admiral of the Ghost Fleet
"We'll head down tot he planet together, any information you might have about the research that they were conducting here, any information that would be coming should be most enlightening." She was going now towards the hanger and sending the message as they were all going to work and meet up on the surface in the hanger. She could do that as she was being flanked by two of the heralds for her own protection and seeing the best part of all of this. That were was an area to work on the ship might come in but she was also able to get more out of it. She was seeing the energy output reports for the weapons themselves and they were a lot stronger.

Sala'dine

Admiral of the Ghost Fleet
She could see to ways they would be able to get the people, get the information and get all fo the things set up. The jedi themselves will likely want to vet and check all of them they would be bringing their technical skills with all fo the things to give some insight. She was going to want them to offer it to her engineers who were going down with her so that they would be working on more of the reactors themselves. Sala'dine stood with the massive and impressive heralds flanking her while they were going down with the different engineers and soldiers to meet them. They were bringing out the reactors and information while going towards parts of it until she readied herself leaving.

Sala'dine

Admiral of the Ghost Fleet
The transport was heading down tot he planet and she could see the other transport comign down with them. She was expecting to see the other admiral as they were all going down. She could see the omni class from here and it was large to look at, more ideas for them as well as even more things that would go with it as the different ships were moving about. The omni was made to stand alone in a system but well a fleet was always proper to have before she saw their fighter escort prepared to bring them down when the facility itself was coming into view. She saw parts of it when the engineer was there with her. "Admiral, I have some news about the reactor and some fo the information they have been feeding me."

Sala'dine

Admiral of the Ghost Fleet
She was looking at him while he gave most of his information about all of it. "Alright tell me how it is looking." She was looking at him while they were working on many of the things here, she knew he had been seeing all fo the different things here. Soldiers and workers who were helping them. "Well the readouts from the reactors showed a remarkable decrease in the power draw. i know you have been looking to work on things that would be developing or enhancing the power. Regulating it so that it would be able to better work with and direct the power into the weapons and shields without them being overloaded. Capacitors for the energy to feed into and store it more as well would come in handy."
