Seeing Groom leap toward the rooftops without her, Kida was itching to unleash her favourite form of all. And with Mythos' instructions she knew that it was the only way she would get ahead. So, without warning, the child released his hand and stepped back. Then all at once she leapt from the spot and jolted forward, her body shifting almost immediately to the point where a Daux Cat landed where the girl ought to have. Scraps of clothes lay upon the ground, and had she been more girl than feline at this point she might have felt bad.
But her instincts took over. And presently her home was under attack.
Bounding across the rooftops after Groom, her body larger and her jump stronger than that of her human counterpart for obvious reasons, the girl scanned the city and made her way to the market square. There she could see them, droids. She despised the metal constructs which ran rampant through their home. And so, without any hesitation, she pounced upon the first she came into contact with. Her great maw wrapped around its throat, pulling out circuitry and rendering the creature obsolete.
A howl left her, rumbling from the depths of her being.
The hunt was on.
